Flame Cleanse Me is a Fire Incantation in Elden Ring. Players will use fire to cleanse themselves from any toxins and leave with subtle burns. Players can find the Flame Cleanse Me Incantation in East Liurnia of the Lakes, in a Fire Monk Camp in Elden Ring, next to the Church of Vows. The Incantation will be on a dead corpse, there will be multiple Fire Monk enemies surrounding the corpse.

As a result, players must be careful when searching for the Incantation. The closest Site of Grace to the Fire Monk Camp is Eastern Tableland. In order to equip Flame Cleanse Me, players will need a minimum of 12 Faith. Every time the player uses Flame Cleanse Me, it will cost 14 FP and 10 Stamina.

When a player uses the Incantation, they will remove any Poison, Scarlet Rot, and Frostbite Status Effect. They can also use Flame Cleanse Me to alleviate all buildup of Poison, Scarlet Rot, and Frost before reaching maximum Status Effect. Some of the best ways and situations to use Flame Cleanse Me are in Caelid and the Lake of Rot in Elden Ring. Both of these areas have environmental hazards of Scarlet Rot in the main exploration area and in dungeons.

Location of Flame Cleanse Me EDIT

A few locations where the Incantation will be useful include the Abandoned Cave that contains the Golden Scarab Talisman and the entire area of Lake of Rot. In the Abandoned Cave, players will have to run through pools of Scarlet Rot to reach the mini-boss fight. Then during the fight, there are pools of Scarlet Rot inside the arena. And for Lake of Rot, the entire area is covered in Scarlet Rot, with an optional dragon boss fight inside the Scarlet Rot lake. Flame Cleanse Me also works well against enemies that apply Poison, Scarlet Rot, or Frost onto the player. Some good examples of this are the Poison Flowers, Gaseous Mushrooms, Frost Knights of Zamor, Commander Niall, and Elden Ring's boss Malenia.

Some downsides to Flame Cleanse Me are the slow animation speed, slow movement, and health damage. Players will need a few seconds in order to cast Flame Cleanse Me and during the cast, player movement speed will be dramatically slowed down. This is risky when fighting against great bosses and mini-bosses as bosses can kill the player during casting. Also, Flame Cleanse Me will take around 5% of the player's health every use, so players must be careful when using Flame Cleanse Me with extremely low health.
