The beasts of Elden Ring are famously fearsome, but one particularly depraved creature went on to disrespect a player's corpse after killing them. FromSoftware's open-world adventure sees players explore The Lands Between, a fantasy land teeming with hidden treasures and deadly foes. Currently Elden Ring is 2022's best-selling game, drawing an entirely new group of players into FromSoftware's soulslike genre for the first time.

FromSoftware's action role-playing games are known for their complex lore and merciless difficulty, and Elden Ring expands this formula to a truly massive scale. Players begin their journey in the golden region of Limgrave, but nearly the entire map can be accessed right from the start for those brave enough to venture into parts unknown. Early bosses like the Tree Sentinel and Margit the Fell Omen are known for absolutely dominating new players, though, which gives incentive to turn back and explore thoroughly in order to prepare for combat. Some players have no issue tearing through The Lands Between, however, as demonstrated by a fan's one-hour Elden Ring speedrun.

A hilarious Elden Ring video sees Reddit user ricopewx2 getting thoroughly beaten and dominated by The Lands Between. While facing a powerful Lion Guardian foe, the lowly Tarnished is sadly killed by a powerful claw swipe. Unfortunately, the feline foe decides to continuing adding insult to injury after the swift defeat. An amazing glitch causes the Lion Guardian to float on top of ricopewx2 and gyrate repeatedly, giving the appearance of a disgraceful dominating gesture. In response, the adventurer reaches the fitting conclusion that Elden Ring is "straight up savage."

While some players like ricopewx2 find themselves humiliated by Elden Ring's roster of foes, others are able to humiliate their enemies instead. For example, one Tarnished gamer recently beat Godrick with a banana controller in a delicious display of dominance. The curious contraption sees a bunch of bananas hooked up to a circuit box, allowing each nutritious fruit to act like a single key on a keyboard. Godrick the Grafted is one of Elden Ring's earliest and toughest bosses, but even the demigod ruler is no match for the vitamin-rich video game tool.

Elden Ring may be considered FromSoftware's most accessible title, but The Lands Between are filled with overwhelming threats that will frustrate new players. Death is usually the end of a Tarnished's struggles, but ricopewx2 unfortunate had to watch the Lion Guardian humiliate their corpse too. The hilarious video serves as a perfect metaphor for how Elden Ring treats new players who arrive unprepared for its challenges.
