E3 2021's fourth day promised highly anticipated news from Nintendo and Bandai Namco, in addition to segments by Yooreka Studio and GameSpot. Day three was a lull in the conference's four-day run, given the major reveals of day two, which included franchises like Final FantasyHalo, and Forza Horizon. Day three did see news from Capcom regarding Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, future DLC for Resident Evil Village (though no details were given), and a slew of great-looking indie titles from Freedom Games. Day four promised to bring the pace back up more big announcements and an awards show to cap off the event. Though the conference was canceled last year due to COVID-19, E3 returned in 2021 with an all-virtual event.

As detailed in the official E3 2021 schedule, day four scheduled a similar smattering of host discussion and presentations from publishers, and added end-of-event festivities to the mix. Though June 15 is the conclusion of the conference, E3-adjacent events like Steam Next Fest and EA's show will continue through the remainder of June into July.

Nintendo's Direct and Treehouse: Live promised exciting new reveals, and Bandai Namco was expected to host a substantial segment as well before giving the floor to Yooreka Studio. For those who'd like access to certain exclusive aspects of the conference, E3 fan registration is open, though the showcases themselves are all publicly viewable.
