Dynasty is about one of the richest families in the world, a dynasty that's part of that 1% of the wealthiest people in the world. The CW's on-going rebootwhich has recently ended its third season, has brought new interesting characters, rewritten relationships, and added even more shocking and dramatic events.

The modernization of the series is another defining factor and great choice, as the characters can develop new personalities (which is refreshing because you're not just watching a copy of the same old characters), interests, and possibilities. The show has its potential and quite remarkable episodes; find out what the best episodes are according to IMDb by reading below.

"Dead Scratch" 9.5

"Dead Scratch" is the twenty-second and final episode of the first season, which is also the highest-rated one by IMDb. It's the day of Steven and Sam's marriage, which makes the most moving and romantic scenes of the episode.

In this episode, there are quite a few remarkable scenes and rivalries, like Alexis and Cristal Flores' (who wildly fought each other) or the Carringtons and Colbys' when competing to obtain Carrington Atlantic.

"Enter Alexis" 9.1

The seventeenth episode of the first season has Alexis Carrington as its star, as she's one of the most chaotic, stagy, and dramatic characters of the whole series. Her unsolved issues with Fallon come to the surface, and her sneaky behavior keeps everyone alert.

Cristal Flores and Blake's marriage is starting to shake, and the whole family still has to get over the grandpa's death; overall, "Enter Alexis" mostly is an entertaining episode because of Alexis's persona and schemes.

"Poor Little Rich Girl" 9.5

"Poor Little Rich Girl" is the 16th episode of the first season, and quite an unforgettable one. Blake's father dies, Steven proposes to Sam in Spanish (at the funeral), Fallon and Jeff's feud goes public, and Cristal Flores' feelings for her husband start changing.

The story is made of quite a few moving scenes, pure drama, and surprises, especially at the end of the episode when Alexis Carrington makes her iconic debut with the "Sorry I'm late... traffic was a bitch!"

"Our Turn Now" 9.1

It's the day of Jeff and Fallon's marriage in the fifteenth episode of the first season, and everyone seems ready to back-stab each other, except for Fallon and Cristal Flores, who seems to be starting to get along.

In the meanwhile, Sam fights to get his American citizenship and Steven's love (they're the only non-toxic lovers in this episode), which adds some wholesome and emotional content that balances all the business schemes and betrayals.

"Deception, Jealousy, And Lies" 9

The twenty-second and final episode of season 2 is another pretty chaotic one because of all the cunning schemes, sneaky alliances, dark secretes resurfacing, and even involvement of the federals. The Carringtons bring mayhem onto their family and the people who, unfortunately, get in the way - like Michael Culhane and Jeff Colby.

Fallon finally realizes that her dad is the bad guy of the situation and goes against him, but he's not easy to bring down for he has a very efficient accomplice, or rather his third wife, Cristal Jennings. It's an episode that never gets boring.

"Trashy Little Tramp" 9

Alexis' exposed for what she is the twenty-first episode of season 1, when it is revealed (to the public) that she hired an actor, Hank, to portray her long-lost firstborn son Adam to infiltrate in the family and help achieve her selfish goals.

After Carrington Atlantic's health scandal, Fallon and Cristal start bonding for the first time, moreover, as the former stops being the typical rich girl and finally stands against her father and his crimes. It's an episode full of surprises and moral questioning, which is why it's a good watch.

"Parisian Legend Has It..." 8.9

The fourteenth episode of the second season is not a happy one for the Carrington family. Blake and Cristal Jennings suffer the loss of their unborn child, Fallon and Sam fly to Paris to check on Steven after receiving a disturbing phone call.

This also is the episode in which Blake crosses a serious line, as he kills an innocent man with the compliance of his partner in crime, Cristal; in the final scene, Adam makes his debut when it is revealed that he was the one to drive Steven insane. It's a pretty dark, chaotic, and messed up episode.

"Even Worms Can Procreate" 8.9

"Even Worms Can Procreate" is the thirteenth episode of the second season, a pretty confusing one for couples and ex-lovers of the show. Blake and Cristal Jennings' relationship is tested by the latter's ex's arrival, as both seem not to be over each other completely; however, the real danger to their relationship is Alexis, who shoots dead Cristal's ex and causes the loss of her unborn child.

Culhane and Fallon, in the meanwhile, go from lovers to rivals in business.

"Don't Con A Con Artist" 8.9

In the eighteenth episode of the first season, Cristal Flores opens her eyes when she discovers a terrible secret about the company she works for and her husband, Blake Carrington: the toxic waste the company's factory in Atlanta used to release caused damage and deaths in the towns around it, including Culhane's father's illness and resulting death.

The public gets to see this dynasty's true dark side for one of the very first times.

"The Butler Did It" 8.8

Another shocking episode is the third one of the second season, both for the Carrington family and the show's main couples. Joseph Anders, the family's butler from decades, is revealed to be Steven's biological father, as a result of an affair he and Alexis had in the past; due to his heritage, Melissa confesses that her baby isn't Steven's and that she only cared about the Carrington name.

In the meanwhile, Fallon can't help needing Liam despite her engagement to Culhane, giving hints of a love triangle. It's a particularly surprising episode because of all the affairs and love triangles.
