This year, both professional dancer Sharna Burgess and her celebrity boyfriend Brian Austin Green will be appearing in the ballroom on Dancing With The Stars. As professional dancers like Sharna typically tend to stay on the show for several consecutive seasons in a row, viewers start to become fans of them as well. They follow the pros on social media and invest in their day-to-day life. Like fans of any celebrity, DWTS viewers are also intrigued to know the relationship status of the professional dancers. This interest is particularly piqued this season with both Sharna and her boyfriend joining the competition.
The official cast for season 30 of Dancing With The Stars was announced just last week. Amongst the cast was Sharna's boyfriend, Brian. Brian is best known for his role in the show Beverly Hills, 90210. Prior to dating Sharna, Brian was married to actress Megan Fox. Their relationship lasted for well over a decade before coming to a shocking end in December 2019. Now, the couple continues to co-parent their kids together despite their busy schedules and new relationships.
Following his relationship with Megan, Brian took some time to focus on himself and his career, as well as to mend his broken heart. According to Cosmopolitan, Brian was not ready to move on until 2020. In December of that year, Sharna started to hint at a potential new relationship with a mystery man. She claimed to no longer be on the market, but would not reveal who she was dating. Later that same month, Brian and Sharna sparked romance rumors after they were spotted together at the LAX airport in California. They both posted photos from their tropical vacation without revealing who they were traveling with. It was not until later in their relationship that fans learned Sharna and Brian met at a coffee shop before going on numerous dates together.
Within a few days of the new year, the couple decided to go public with their relationship. Sharna shared a photo of her and Brian kissing on a balcony overlooking the ocean. On Valentine's Day, the new couple went live on Instagram, during which Brian gushed, "What a great way to start 2021—to find an amazing person and go into it with a positive feeling." This past July, Brian took to his Instagram story to explain that despite rumors of an online feud, he and Megan still get along well as they continue to co-parent their kids. Earlier this month, Brian was cast for DWTS. Rumors claim he will be paired with Sharna.
If Sharna was assigned Brian as a dancing partner, viewers will definitely get to see a ton of chemistry between the couple in the ballroom. Since Sharna and Brian are dating, they do not need to spend the first few days, or possibly weeks, of rehearsals getting to know each other. This could potentially be an advantage over the other duos. The official pairing of stars and professional dancers for season 30 of Dancing With The Stars will not be announced until the premiere next week.
