JoJo Siwa gave a shoutout to her Dancing With The Stars partner, Jenna Johnson, when she credited her for her look at the 2021 American Music Awards. The award show aired Sunday, November 21st, and JoJo attended it alongside celebrities like Olivia Rodrigo, Cardi B, and BTS. The show featured many stunning performances, including ones by J Lo, Maneskin, and Chloe Bailey. BTS took home the highest achievement of the night, artist of the year, while Taylor Swift virtually accepted her favorite pop album award for her 2020 album, evermore. Olivia Rodrigo also won big, receiving the new artist of the year award.

JoJo has been wowing judges and DWTS fans all season dancing with her partner Jenna. The pair have improved weekly and are huge contenders to take home the season 30 mirrorball trophy. Despite shockingly being in the bottom two during Queen night, the two danced their way into the group of four finalists. JoJo and Jenna will compete against Iman Shumpert and Daniella Karagach, Amanda Kloots and Alan Bersten, and Cody Rigsby and Cheryl Burke in the season finale.

While walking the American Music Award red carpet, JoJo revealed that her award show look was partly due to her DWTS partner, Jenna. The star told Access Hollywood, "Jenna showed up today and got me heels. She bought me my first ever pair of Louboutins." The dancer also explained that Jenna coached her on walking in her new red bottoms by telling her to do "rumba walks."

JoJo wore her new heels with a black gown which she admits her mom picked out for her. The DWTS contestant sent her mom to the store to find the "mature" gown, which is very different from her typically colorful wardrobe. The Nickelodeon star appeared on stage during the award show to present the award for Favorite Pop Duo or Group, which went to BTS. JoJo confessed the show switched the category on her several times before the show started.

While JoJo may be notorious for her rainbow clothing and big hair bows, she looked incredible on the red carpet with her more mature and sleek look. It's nice to see that her dance partner, Jenna, could help her out with her outfit. JoJo and Jenna have grown so close throughout the competition, and fans love the strong friendship the two have built. Surely, they were freaking out when they heard Jenna picked out JoJo's shoes for the award show. Fans can see the pair dancing together one last time and see if they take home the Mirror Ball trophy in the season 30 finale of Dancing With The Stars.
