Vinny was partnered with Koko Iwasaki until his elimination during “90’s Night,” while Gabby is still in the running for the Mirrorball Trophy with her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy. Gabby and Erich ended their engagement in early November, and she confirmed their split during post-show interviews following the November 14 episode of DWTS, where she cited differences in their goals and places in their lives.
Page Six reported that when Gabby posted a celebratory video about making it into the finale of DWTS, Vinny left a comment that surprised and excited many fans. Vinny wrote, “Good job Baby Mamma” to which Gabby replied, “My main man.” Fans immediately noticed the exchange and commented “Okay wait a second...I’m entirely here for this,” while another wrote, “I’m so on board with team VinnyGabby.” The flirty exchange did not end there as Gabby and Vinny swapped comments on his Instagram page.

DWTS contestant Vinny posted an image of him lounging on a couch looking outside a floor-to-ceiling window and gazing at the New York City skyline. The caption read, “Stop looking for the one...be the one, and let them all come to you.” Gabby left a short but direct comment, which simply stated “Omw,” meaning on my way. Vinny did not let the flirty comment go unnoticed; he wrote back, “Patiently waiting while you kill the finale.” Once again, fans erupted with adulation in the comments, writing, “Pleaseee make it happen!!!!” Another Instagram user pleaded, “I hope this [is] a real thing and if she wins the finale I hope you announce it then a girl can only hope.”
Vinny and Gabby are both known to have a good sense of humor, so this may just be a running joke between the pair. However, if the flirty banter is a hint at something more serious happening between the duo, the public has spoken and expressed their approval.
