The upcoming Dungeons & Dragons Live 2021 event has announced games with iconic guests such as comedian Patton Oswalt and Twitch streamer DrLupo. The annual D&D Live event was held completely digitally in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and global quarantine. The event sees celebrity guests gather to play Dungeons and Dragons, acting as both a fan convention and product showcase.

Dunegons & Dragons creator Wizards of the Coast recently revealed part of D&D Live 2021's celebrity roster, which includes a number of big-name stars. Actor and musician Jack Black will be present at the event alongside film director Kevin Smith, both of whom will be playing at the event's "The Lost Odyssey: Lost Light" table. Black and Smith will be joined by other stars such as comedian and musician Reggie Watts and actress Lauren Lapkus. Another D&D Live 2021 table, "Chaos Carnival," will feature a number of World Wrestling Entertainment stars such as Xavier Woods, Ember Moon, Mace and Tyler Breeze.

D&D Live 2021 partner G4 recently announced the remaining celebrity players who will be present at the show. The event's "Flubbybonks & Guzzleshucks" table will feature popular Twitch streamers DrLupo and Negaoryx alongside comedian Ify Nwadiwe. The rest of the table will be filled out by G4 cast members Adam Sessler, Kevin Pereira and Fiona Nova. The "Palace of the Vampire Queen" table will feature members of the cast of the NBC comedy series A.P. Bio, including comedian Patton Oswalt, Marisa Baram and Nick Peine. Writer B. Dave Walters will serve as the Dungeon Master of "Palace of the Vampire Queen," while writer/actor Amy Vorpahl will be the Dungeon Master of "Flubbybonks & Guzzleshucks."

D&D Live 2021's final new table, titled "Faster, Purple Worm! Kill! Kill!" will feature celebrity guests who are already familiar with the tabletop role-playing game. This team of D&D veterans will consist of comedian Seth Green, actress Deborah Ann Woll, writer B. Dave Walters and actor/producer Xander Jeanneret. The table will be hosted by Bill Rehor and Jon Ciccolini will serve as Dungeon Master, with both individuals coming from gaming company Beadle & Grimm's.

The impressive lineup of talent coming to D&D Live 2021 promises to make the event exceptionally entertaining. Brian Terwilliger, the VP of Programming and Creative Strategy at G4, recently spoke to Screen Rant about the upcoming event. During the interview Terwilliger explained that G4 intends to bring more humor and entertainment value to the event in order to make it more accessible to those unfamiliar with the tabletop game.

G4 has created a D&D Live 2021 line-up which is sure to attract both fans of the game and fans of the celebrity guests. This will help the event get exposure from viewers who may be otherwise uninterested in a Dungeons & Dragons event. With talent like Patton Oswalt and DrLupo joining the tables, the annual role-playing streaming event just got even more interesting.
