Jason Momoa shares a new behind-the-scenes video for Dune featuring the star screaming an F-bomb into the desert filming location of the sci-fi epic. Based on Frank Herbert's 1965 novel of the same name, the film revolves around Paul Atreides and his noble family in the far future as they find themselves pushed into a war to claim the desert planet of Arrakis, home to the universe's most valuable resource known as "the spice." Denis Villeneuve  is the director and co-writer on the latest adaptation of Dune, the first of which came from David Lynch in 1984.

Villeneuve has put a star-studded ensemble together for Dune including Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Zendaya, David Dastmalchian, Jason Momoa and Javier Bardem. The film is currently serving as the first of a two-part adaptation for Herbert's novel, with writing currently underway on the second installment though a proper greenlight has not been given by Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures, as the studios await to see how the film performs on HBO Max and in theaters before moving forward. Having made its world premiere at this year's Venice International Film Festival, Dune has scored largely positive reviews from critics for its screenplay, direction, performances and visuals though has polarized some on its lack of a fitting ending that's reliant upon the sequel.

With just two weeks left until the film's arrival, Momoa took to Instagram to share a new BTS video for Dune. The video sees the star sharing his love for working with Villeneuve, the grand scale of the production and shouting an excited F-bomb into the open desert where the film was being shot. In the months leading up to the film's release, Momoa has been one of the most outspoken of Dune's ensemble cast about his love for the project. The Game of Thrones alum has expressed a desire to see a 4-6 hour cut of the film from Villeneuve as well as revealing he's watched it three times. The new BTS video certainly keeps in line with his passion for the project, with his appreciation for Villeneuve's work thoroughly evident in his words while the giddiness on his face and in his F-bomb serve as additional proof.

Anticipation for Dune's release is certainly building amongst moviegoers and fans of Herbert's novel as the release draws near. Though a proper greenlight has yet to be given for a sequel, the film's positive reception and early box office success overseas with $75 million grossed within two weeks of release are certainly promising signs for Dune: Part Two's chances of getting made. Only time will tell when Dune hits theaters and HBO Max in the US on October 22.
