Drake’s dad, Dennis Graham is in talks for his own reality TV dating show. So far, there are two networks reportedly courting the idea of putting him on television.

The elder Graham has been seen over the course of a decade partying alongside his superstar son. From Hollywood to New York City to Toronto, Drake and his father are often photographed at awards shows or leaving clubs at all hours of the night with an entourage in tow. Graham is ambiguous about his year of birth, is at least in his 50s and at most is in his 70s. But age hasn't stopped him, back in August 2017 he tried his hand at music by following in his son's footsteps in hopes to launch his R&B career. It seems like now Graham is less focused on a career and more on looking for love.

According to TMZ and its sources, "Dennis had multiple meetings - with his partner and reality TV guru David Weintraub - last week to pitch the project, and there's strong interest from Vice and WE TV." A show on Vice would likely cater more to a younger male audience, whereas a show on WE TV would be geared more towards an urban female demographic. So what type of woman is likely to steal the elder Graham's heart? Well, considering Drake is biracial (his mother Sandi is Jewish and from Canada), it's safe to say that Dennis is comfortable dating women from different races.

Drake Dennis Graham

Talk show host Wendy Williams hinted on a recent episode that while she was in Los Angeles getting her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Drake's father was very flirtatious with her during an after-party for the ceremony. Graham was also briefly linked with Tiffany Patterson who starred in the reality dating show, I Love New York. Clearly, he likes age-appropriate women, as well as those with buxom figures. It's unlikely that Drake would drop into the show to assist his dad in finding love, but the show will likely be full of Drake stories and mentions.

The concept is similar to when Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni her own dating show. It seems curious to fans as to why networks would think it would be interesting to watch a dating show about a famous person's parent finding love, but there have been weirder concepts for TV shows in the past. It remains to be seen is there is a market for watching Graham making out with a series of randos in a hot tub. Some might argue that half of Drake's swagger comes from his father, and therein lies the appeal. While it's not actually a horrible idea to create new content geared towards older viewers, it seems unlikely that the older generations wouldn't know Drake and therefore wouldn't care about his father.
