Fans of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will be looking forward to diving back into the game with the free next-gen update and the first DLC of the new season pass focusing on Bardock, the Father of Goku. This update will hit in July, and the first DLC will likely release alongside it.

Vegeta's battle against Toppo in the Dragon Ball Super anime was truly epic. Here, Vegeta looked on in disgust as Toppo tossed aside his pride and his ideas of justice in order to gain more power. This was a parallel to Vegeta's own mistake in the past when he let himself fall under Babidi's mind control to gain more power.

Seeing this, Vegeta takes this fight personally and gives fans an epic battle as he pushes back against the god of destruction candidate. With a final blow similar to his Final Explosion he used against Majin Buu, Vegeta defeated him.

In what was without a doubt one of the best manga fights from Dragon Ball Super, Vegeta fought against Granolah unlocking his Ultra Ego transformation in one of the best transformation Dragon Ball scenes.

In this fight against Granolah, Vegeta tries his best to darken his heart and return to his Saiyan roots. Despite giving fans a fantastic fight with chilling scenes of Vegeta, the Saiyan quickly learns as he suspected that he couldn't fully embrace Ultra Ego because he was no longer the same man as before.

The final clash Goku Black and Vegeta have is one that ends largely in Vegeta's favor with the Saiyan beating down the body-snatching Zamasu.

Vegeta gives a compelling speech that fans haven't forgotten showcasing why Vegeta hated Goku Black so much. Not only because Goku Black kills Bulma in the future but because he stole Goku's body and thought that he could access all the years of hard work that Goku had put into it.

Vegeta's first fight in Dragon Ball Z was his epic battle against Goku as well as Krillin, Gohan, and Yajirobe. This battle lasted a long time and gave some of the most iconic scenes in the franchise like Goku and Vegeta's initial stand-off and one of the best energy clashes in Dragon Ball with Goku's Kaioken Kamehameha and Vegeta's Galick Gun.

Vegeta was by far the strongest character, but thanks to the perseverance of Earth's warriors they came out on top. Vegeta barely escaped with his life with Goku allowing Vegeta to survive so that he could be the one to defeat him one day.

This fight ends in a draw, but it shows fantastic character development as Vegeta realizes the mistake he made in letting Majin Buu free and goes to try and fix the problem alone.

Vegeta saw his redemption as he faced off against Majin Buu. Not only was his final stand about taking care of Buu because he was partly to blame for his freedom but also to try and right as many wrongs as he could.

Vegeta's final sacrifice is one of the most memorable scenes in Dragon Ball that broke many fans. In fact, it seemed evident that Toriyama wasn't originally going to bring Vegeta back to life after this. Vegeta's fight was incredible, and his Final Explosion, one of Vegeta's best techniques in Dragon Ball, was fantastic.

3 Vegeta Came Back Stronger Than Before Against Zarbon

Vegeta had many fights throughout the entirety of the Frieza Saga with some far more memorable than others. However, his battles against Zarbon were some of the most memorable. While Vegeta lost his first bout with Zarbon, Vegeta came back even stronger than before to fight against Frieza's henchman.

The two of them were close in strength and Vegeta relied on several dirty tactics to achieve victory. In the end, Vegeta defeated Zarbon as he punched a hole through his chest and fired a ki wave into Zarbon and killing him.

2 Even Vegeta's Final Flash Wasn't Enough To Stop Perfect Cell

Vegeta's fight against Cell is one of the highlights of the Cell Saga and saw Vegeta completely dominating his first encounter with the villain. While Vegeta was doubtless the superior fighter with his new transformation, he couldn't turn down the prospect of a better challenge with Cell and his Perfect Form.

Fans have constantly critiqued Vegeta for allowing Cell to reach his Perfect Form, but it gave birth to one of the best villains in Dragon Ball. While this fight ultimately ended in Vegeta's defeat, the Saiyan Prince didn't go down without a fight as he fired one of his most iconic techniques, the Final Flash, at Cell.

1 Vegeta Came Close To Killing Golden Frieza

While Vegeta didn't have the privilege of killing Frieza himself, he did give the Emperor a proper satisfying beat-down that Vegeta fans absolutely adored. Frieza had taken everything from Vegeta in the past, including his life. Seeing Vegeta ruthlessly deliver brutal blows to Frieza was incredibly satisfying despite the briefness of their battle.

Unfortunately, he didn't get to make the final blow due to Frieza destroying the Earth and Goku killing him just in time when time was reversed by Whis. Many fans do hope though that now that Frieza is alive again in Dragon Ball Super that Vegeta will finally get his chance again and put Frieza down for good.
