The brand-new reality competition series is a must-watch for RuPaul's Drag Race fans, as several queens from the franchise will feature as contestants. Hulu announced the release date for Drag Me To Dinner on May 1, 2023. Each episode of the reality TV show consists of two teams of successful drag teams. They go head-to-head as they try to throw the most extravagant of all dinner parties. The victorious team wins The Glorious Golden Grater. Hulu describes the comedic show as, “a riotous, format-busting, fourth-wall-breaking, unapologetic sendup of traditional reality competition shows.” Dinner will be served starting May 31, 2023, and Hulu promises that it'll be a, “drag-tastic” affair too.

The official trailer of Drag Me to Dinner reveals what’s on the menu by introducing the sets of fan-favorite drag teams, which will face off in each episode. “A show about drag queens cooking and drinking, what could possibly go wrong?,” Bianca says in the trailer. Full of camp, glamour, rib-tickling one-liners, and of course, a delicious meal, Drag Me To Dinner is a feast for the funny bone. Teams such as Jinkx Monsoon, BenDeLaCreme, Alaska, and William, Raja, and Detox are introduced. “I didn’t come here to make friends, I came here to make dinner,” says Alaska. There are a total of 10 episodes, and TV Insider notes that each episode has its own unique theme that, “Resident expert, life of the party” and Drag Me To Dinner producer David reveals at the start of each episode.
