Kim Zolciak from Don't Be Tardy is married to Kroy Biermann and he allegedly owes his former NFL agent $22,000. Fans were a bit surprised to hear that the straitlaced father has been late with payments.
Before becoming famous for marrying Kim Zolciak, Kroy played professional football with the Atlanta Falcons from 2008 to 2015. He then signed a one-year deal with the Buffalo Bills in 2016 but ended up being cut before the season even started. The 35-year-old was drafted in the NFL back in 2008. At the collegiate level, he played for the University of Montana.
According to Page Six, Kroy allegedly owes his past NFL agent more than $22,000 in fees. The father of six is a busy stay-at-home dad in the Atlanta suburbs. It's possible he forgot to pay due to his jam-packed schedule, but he still needs to clear his bill. The outlet reported that president and CEO Andrew Baker of Exclusive Sports Group has filed documents with the Fulton County Superior Court. The documents allege that he has tried numerous times to have Kroy pay him what he was owed with no luck. The sports agent is claiming that he negotiated plenty of deals and contracts for Kroy with the Atlanta Falcons and the Buffalo Bills.
It looks as if Kroy Biermann has been late on more than one payment, even though he was sent final notice letters. According to the papers, Kroy has become delinquent in terms of what he owes, and the balance now sits at $22,120.70. There was a Zoom hearing scheduled for June 4, where Kroy and Andrew were meant to talk the issues out, but the athlete was a no-show. He also did not send a lawyer to stand in for him. That is when Andrew had his attorney filed arbitration documents on June 22. Then, on Sept 4, the sports agent’s attorney filed a proposed order and judgment that, if passed, would force Kroy to pay his bill.
Bravo fans are pretty sure he has the money since a whole new season of Don’t Be Tardy is about to air on the network. He also still lives in his grand mansion, and his 'Real Housewife' still lives in luxury. Maybe if Kim and her daughters scaled back on the fillers, they could use the money saved to clear his bill, but that's just an idea.
