It's been almost a decade since Dominic Briones and Daniele Donato walked onto the set of Big Brother season 13 and into our hearts. When seasoned vet Daniele and party guy newcomer Dominic met, it was instant chemistry. Despite Dominic's frat boy persona and Daniele's hesitance to trust, the couple made their showmance official in 2011, after Dominic got evicted from the household. This led to a couple of glasses of wine (of course) and a tearful confession that Daniele didn't want Dominic gone. It was a moment that touched Big Brother fans across the country, and ultimately brought the couple into the spotlight well past the 13th season.
Despite the ending of their inaugural Big Brother season together, Dominic and Daniele simply couldn't let bygones be bygones and began dating later that year. The two became inseparable after the finale and finally fell head over heels in love. They dated for the next two years. During the course of their relationship, Dominic knew that he'd found his soulmate with Daniele, but he needed to figure out the perfect place and time to pop the big question.
In an interview with People, Dom spilled the beans on his proposal plan. “I took Dani on a road trip last August and we stopped at the St. Louis Zoo," he said. "We both love penguins, because they mate for life, so I set up a behind-the-scenes tour without her knowing. One of the zoo workers brought out two little penguins. As we were playing with them, I turned and popped the question right there. She loved it!”
The Big Brother couple tied the knot in 2013, and after five years of wedding bliss, they announced that they were expecting a baby on social media. Tennessee Autumn was born August 20th, 2018, and is now a two-year-old baby girl. Her parents are very proud of her. It's now been seven years since the couple said their vows. If their Instas are any indication, there are no signs of slowing down.
As for any future career choices, it seems that the young family is focused on raising their daughter together. This couple has a lot going on, but fans wonder if Big Brother producers will ever organize the return of one of the sweetest couples to ever grace the show.
