Dog’s Most Wanted star, Duane "Dog" Chapman, said that he plans to sell the home he shared with his late wife, Beth Chapman, in Hawaii. He claims it's too difficult for him to stay there with all of her belongings that have stayed untouched since she has passed away.

Beth passed away at the age of 51, after fighting a long and painful battle with stage 4 throat cancer. She was in and out of the hospital and had undergone aggressive chemotherapy after her cancer returned in November 2018. The couple was set to host a new series, Dog's Most Wanted for WGN America, in which a portion of the show would feature her cancer struggle. After being hospitalized for difficulty breathing on Saturday, June 22, she was then placed in a medically-induced coma by doctors for her own safety after experiencing severe pain from lack of oxygen. After days in a coma, Beth passed away at 5:32 am on June 26th in Hawaii. Dog has been mourning the loss of his wife and is so clearly shaken up by the changes, that he wants to sell their home in Hawaii.

Dog recently opened up to ET about the struggle of losing his beloved wife and how he's managing to move forward and keep living. The interviewer asked if Dog would be selling the couple's house in Hawaii where they were living right before Beth passed away. Dog answered, "Yes." The interviewer then asked if he will be staying in Hawaii, in which he answered that he will because he has "too many brothers and sisters there." It seems that no matter how much family is there, Dog cannot stay in that house. He reiterated, "I have to sell that house." As he searches for the reasoning behind it, he explains that although the house doesn't have a "morbid" feel to it because "she didn't pass there," it's still her house and it brings back too many memories.

Dog The Bounty Hunter Beth Chapman

The bounty hunter explains that she was the owner of the house in Hawaii and that his house was "the Denver place." Dog explains that the whole house was hers, as well as "everything there - the toothbrush is still [there]." Dog and Beth had two children together - Bonnie Chapman and Gary Chapman - and they have yet to touch anything in Hawaii house in the months since her passing. They have tried to pack, however, but Dog explains that they don't want to touch anything unless their dad is present. He said that they have so far kept "everything like she had it." He explains that he still has to go in and clean everything out before putting the house up for sale, but when asked if he was ready, Dog replied a simple, "No."  The bounty hunter gets emotional explaining to the interviewer that he had gone to their house in Denver - into their closet - and "It smelled like her." He goes to explain that he refuses to touch the items they shared together in their Denver home, saying that the next woman who may be in his life will have to deal with that.

Heartbroken Dog has been going through a horrible few months with the passing of his beloved wife, their Dog the Bounty Hunter store getting robbed, and now the emotional strain of packing up and selling her Hawaiian home. Even though he's moving on slowly, his love for Beth only gets stronger. Fans can watch Beth's last time filming for a TV show on Dog's Most Wanted on WGN America, where viewers can get an inside look into Beth and Dog's personal life as Beth struggles with cancer, not to mention watching them catch bad guys and make the world a safer place for others. The series premiered September 4th.
