A brand new trailer for Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness reveals a fresh look at Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) using Chaos Magic. Benedict Cumberbatch's MCU sorcerer is making his big-screen return in May with Sam Raimi's upcoming superhero movie. But, this time, he will be joined by fellow magic-wielder, Wanda Maximoff.

Coming off the events of WandaVision, Wanda will emerge from her self-imposed exile after the Maximoff Anomaly in Westview. However, audiences should expect her to be much more powerful as she learned more about herself through the Darkhold. It's uncertain if she knows how dangerous it is that she's tapping into dark magic as she becomes more adept with Chaos Magic. Considering her motivations to scour the multiverse to look for her children, though, it's safe to say that she will stop at nothing to make sure her twins are safe. This could pit her against the future MCU's former Sorcerer Supreme in Doctor Strange 2.

As part of Marvel Studios' marketing campaign for the blockbuster, a brand new Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness trailer has been released. The clip is a mix of old and fresh footage, but it gives fans a better look at Wanda using Chaos Magic. Check out the clip from Twitter fan-account Doctor Strange 2 Updates below:

A separately released promotional shot for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness reveals that Doctor Strange will also find himself in the same location as Wanda is in the aforementioned shot. Chances are that this is how she captures him in an illusion where she airs her grievances about the double standards with regard to breaking the laws when it comes to them. Scarlet Witch argues that when she goes against the mandate, she's vilified, but when he does this, he becomes a hero, which is undeniably unfair. It's still uncertain, however, how Doctor Strange comes into contact with her considering that he wasn't involved during the Maximoff Anomaly.

With only two proper Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness trailers so far, it's safe to say that Marvel Studios is planning on rolling out the third (and final) one for the Marvel movie sometime soon. The next clip might premiere in time for the release of the movie's tickets, which could be in the next couple of weeks. Whatever the case may be, expect that marketing footage will continue to be limited to preserve the movie's story but these Raimi-directed shots are definitely adding to people's hype for the blockbuster.
