As the film nears its long-awaited theatrical debut, Marvel has unveiled new Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness merchandise in the form of Funko Pop! figures. One such figure is that of a character named Sara, who appears to be a mystery sorcerer not yet shown in any previous trailers. Check out the new figure below:

Though the Funko Pop! figure doesn't offer much outside of the character's name, the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness merchandise's reveal of Sara does point towards her being a mystery sorcerer given her wardrobe similarities to the other sorcerers at Kamar-Taj. Some comic book fans have taken to social media to offer a number of theories for who Sara could be, with one major candidate being Sara Wolfe, who first appeared in 1979's Doctor Strange No. 38 and served as a major love interest to Wong. Another character some are theorizing her to be is that of Sara Krowler, better known as Baroness Mordo, the mother of Karl Mordo, which the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness merch does better point towards given Wolfe was Native American in the comics while the Funko Pop! looks closer to keeping in line with Mordo's ethnicity change from the comics with Ejiofor's casting.

With both Ejiofor's Mordo and Wong returning for the MCU sequel, the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness mystery sorcerer could end up being either Sara. Though with the trailers for the film teasing a variety of new sorcerers being introduced, including multiple Strange variants, with both an attack on Kamar-Taj and its multiverse adventures, Sara could end up being an entirely original character. Only time will tell when Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness hits theaters on May 6.
