The 13th installment of the Halloween franchise is set to hit theaters and Peacock on October 14th. Michael Myers is such an iconic slasher antagonist that it's become easy to tell which of his victims will die first, thanks to certain slasher movie tropes. While not every movie works as a slasher, there are some that could have worked in the genre, like the newest teen flick dominating Netflix's charts, Do Revenge.

The teen black comedy is full of complex and morally gray teen characters, several of whom are determined to enact revenge on those who have wronged them. Thus, it's hilarious and interesting to consider which students of Rosehill Academy would survive a slasher movie should they find themselves in one.

MontanaMontana smiling with her hand on her cheek in Do Revenge

Montana is a member of the Rosehill Academy Royalty Court, aka the most popular clique on campus. While she's easily the kindest and most compassionate character in the court, she doesn't ever stop her friends from being mean to others.

While Montana's complicity is an issue, the real reason she wouldn't survive against Michael Myers or any other slasher antagonist is that she's not very smart. Her dim-witted personality would have her running towards the danger without even realizing she was doing it.

TaraTara smiling in Do Revenge

With Drea out of the picture, Tara becomes the Queen Bee of the Royalty Court and she's also the most wealthy. After turning her back on her best friend, she goes on to start dating Max and even defends him when cheating allegations arise.

Tara's financial situation might help him starve off the killer for some time, but just like money can't buy happiness, it can't buy safety, either. Tara's blind trust in people and inability to question when something feels off is exactly why she would fall victim in a horror movie.

MeghanMeghan clapping in Do Revenge

Meghan isn't just a member of Rosehill's Royalty Court, but she is also a dedicated writer and editor of the school's magazine publication. She's the girl everyone goes to when they need good PR, which is why she writes an entire article about Max, making him appear as the victim after Drea's nude video gets leaked.

Meghan knows she's gifted at writing and public relations, and it's that confidence that would make her an easy target for a horror movie antagonist. She also would satisfy one of the worst horror movie tropes where a character is seen researching in the library.

RussRuss sitting on a motorcycle in Do Revenge

Russ is seemingly the resident bad boy of Rosehill Academy, but not in the traditional sense. Sure, Russ skips class but he only does so to help Drea through a rough patch and even volunteers on Rosehill's farm with his best friend, Carissa.

Russ's nice guy personality is exactly why he would be a victim of a slasher movie antagonist. Not only does he put trust in the wrong people (like Drea), but he also tries to see the best in everyone. He's definitely the type of character to think he could talk the antagonist out of his killing scheme.

ElliotElliot sitting with his arm behind his head in Do Revenge

Elliot is the only other male member of the Rosehill Royalty Court that fans are introduced to in Do Revenge. As Max's best friend, Elliot is often complacent in the harm his friend inflicts, but he does eventually calm him out on his nonsense.

Never wanting to be the bearer of bad news or get involved in an altercation, Elliot has a 50/50 shot of surviving a scary movie. While he might not be the smartest character, he could certainly use his charm to help sway the killer into letting him live. However, his need to avoid confrontation might have him running away and straight into the arms of a said killer.

GabbiGabbi looking over her sunglasses in Do Revenge

Despite being Max's younger sister, Gabbi doesn't buy into the popularity politics of Rosehill Academy as her brother does. Instead, she chooses to walk to the beat of her own drum, which often means she's overlooked and left to lurk in the shadows at the school.

Gabbi's invisibility could be an asset to her and allow her to survive the killer because they'd be too preoccupied hunting down everyone else to remember her. It's through her dumb luck that Gabbi might survive. But she also has a hard time seeing people for who they actually are, which means she might accidentally befriend the killer.

CarissaCarissa in her farm overalls in Do Revenge

Carissa starts out as one of the villains but turns into a friend in Do Revenge. She is a talented farmer and chef who maintains the Rosehill garden and designs the entire menu for the Rosehill senior ring ceremony.

Carissa has a lot going for her, like her knowledge of plants and food, which would help her poison the killer if she was given the chance. However, Carissa thinks she's a bit untouchable, which is why she chose to grow drugs on campus. This personality trait might make her too cocky and give the killer a chance to turn her into their next victim.

MaxMax confronting Eleanor at his party in Do Revenge

Max is one of the evilest teen boy characters, partly because he's so real. The King of Rosehill High, Max can do no wrong even when he's caught cheating on his girlfriend. It's thanks to Drea and Eleanor's tireless efforts that Max is finally exposed for the jerk he is.

While Max's conniving personality might be an asset to him, he'd be too busy tooting his own horn to consider that the killer might be under his nose the whole time. In short, he'd be too consumed with getting everyone on board with his plan to take down the killer that the killer would have ample time to take him down in the most painful way.

DreaDrea drinking from her cup in Do Revenge

Former Rosehill Royalty, Drea, has fallen from grace after her nude video was leaked to the entire student body. Given that she's on a scholarship, there's not much she can do about the unfair treatment she gets until she befriends Eleanor, who agrees to take down Max for her.

Drea would make it extremely far in a horror movie, and she could even be the one to save the day, if the day was nice to her before. She's conniving, unafraid to get her hands dirty, and tough enough to admit her own insecurities and weaknesses. Plus, she's one of the most intelligent Do Revenge characters, which would also help.

Eleanor

Do Revenge Eleanor In The Bath

Eleanor is a new transfer student to Rosehill High who befriends Drea over the summer. After revealing she's also been wronged by a Rosehill student, she teams up with Drea to take them down, only for it to be revealed that she's been playing Drea the entire time.

Eleanor is calculated, deceptive, and manipulative in all the best ways. These skills would make it easy for her to outsmart the killer and keep herself safe. Either that, or she would be revealed to be the secret killer all along à la Scream.
