Spider-Man actually gets to swing through the air in real life in a new video straight from Disneyland's Avengers Campus. The expansive and highly-anticipated Avengers Campus has been in the works for years now as Disney aims to bring its biggest franchise to its parks. Much like Galaxy's Edge, the Star Wars-themed area that has plunged fans right into the galaxy far, far away, Avengers Campus is designed to bring the MCU to life. From the Pym Test Kitchen to Web-Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure, the theme park promises to be every Marvel fan's dream come true.

The original plan was for the Avengers Campus to open in July 2020. Of course, when the coronavirus pandemic shut down theme parks across the globe, that was no longer viable. The grand opening was delayed, and more work was put into the construction of the area. When Disneyland got the okay to reopen in April, Avengers Campus finally received its official opening date: June 4. Just days before the public will be allowed through the gates, Disneyland mounted a special ceremony to usher in its newest attraction.

Wednesday night, the Avengers Campus Opening Ceremony took place at the Disney California Adventure Park. Marvel boss Kevin Feige was on hand to introduce fans and press to the area, along with Marvel stars Paul Rudd, Anthony Mackie, and Jon Favreau. The ceremony, which was also shared online as a video, gave a virtual tour of the Avengers Campus, revealing the various stores, restaurants, and rides waiting for guests. It also previewed the many heroes who fans can meet, including Spider-Man. In an incredible demonstration, Spider-Man can be seen flying through the air as though he's actually swinging from a web at 6 minutes and 40 seconds into the video. Check it out below.

There are plenty of things within Avengers Campus that will give fans a surreal feeling, but seeing Spider-Man swing through the air just might be the biggest one. This is something fans must've dreamt about for years, and thanks to Disney magic, it's now a real life possibility. As a whole, Avengers Campus will have a lot in store for Spider-Man fans, as Tom Holland filmed content for the Web-Slingers attraction and there's a Spidey-inspired store.

Numerous Marvel heroes will be walking around Avengers Campus, including Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Captain America... the Sam Wilson version. There will also be plenty of exciting discoveries within the park, as the first map for the area revealed numerous Tony Stark Easter eggs. In short, Avengers Campus is quickly shaping up to be a must-see destination for MCU fans, and it finally opens tomorrow.
