Disney+ continues to add new content to its catalogue every month, and June will see new episodes of original series, documentaries on some fan favorite movies and series, and some classic movies and TV shows. The streaming wars haven't stopped, especially now that the coronavirus pandemic has forced viewers to get their dose of movies and TV shows through streaming platforms. Disney+ had the upper hand at first, releasing Frozen II and Onward way ahead of their original home and streaming release dates, and it’s now taking it a bit slower.

Last month, Disney+ added movies like John Carter, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, George of the Jungle, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Hello, Dolly!, and a lot of content on National Geographic’s side. The platform also welcomed Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, It’s a Dog’s Life with Bill Farmer, the series finale of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and new episodes of original series like Be Our Chef and One Day At Disney. May didn’t have any original movies nor big releases, but that will change in June.

This month, Disney+ won’t add as much content as in previous ones, but it’s still worth checking out. Along with a bunch of content from National Geographic, Disney+ will witness the release of Artemis Fowl, as well as the arrival of movies like Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, Tarzan, and Tinkerbell and the Pirate Fairy, as well as more content from Disney’s vault of nostalgia. Here’s everything new to Disney+ in June 2020.
