With the recent release of Disgaea 6 Complete, the PC port of the game, many players will want to unlock all of the human classes as quickly as possible. In Disgaea 6's strategic gameplay, upgrading and customizing the player's roster is a key component to success. While the monstrous allies take a while to acquire in completion, gathering every human class can be done quickly, easily, and as early as Episode 2.

Access to a large roster of units is very important to players wishing to progress in Disgaea 6. Unlike other games of the turn-based tactics genre, games in the Disgaea series are distinctly centered around grinding characters to insane levels of power in order to tackle the hardest of post-game bosses. Acquiring the best characters is critical for tactics games, and Disgaea 6 takes this further than most, allowing characters to level as every other playable class in order to unlock unique passives. Finding the perfect combination of passives can be fundamental to various playstyles, with the range of human classes being extremely potent in the player's hands.

Each human class in Disgaea 6 is either unlocked at the start of the game or is a reward for a side-quest available from the Quest Board. Players looking to acquire the additional human classes will need to complete the associated quest and return to the Quest Board to unlock the class. Class unlock quests for human classes are all based on the same formula: get a certain number of experience on one or two certain classes. This makes unlocking characters a natural part of the game's progression system.
