Studio ZA/UM has released a brand-new mysterious update for Disco Elysium – The Final Cut titled Jamais Vu with little to no information on what kind of content is waiting for players once they head back into the detective RPG venture. The latest major content update The Final Cut for the title released almost a year ago and rejuvenated the RPG, bringing it to its full potential that was originally envisioned during development in 2014. This expanded and reworked edition of the game added full voice acting for more than 300 characters, new quests, and new ways to steer the world's greatest amnesiac detective.

Released in early access in 2019, Disco Elysium quickly became a cult classic and universally favored as one of the best RPGs on the PC. Featuring TTRPG elements and no combat in the traditional sense, the game relies on dialogue-heavy gameplay mechanics such as skill checks and dialogue trees and provides an open world with numerous choices as players control a detective who is put in charge of solving a murder case but suffers a severe case of amnesia. Following its release, Disco Elysium received numerous awards, including four awards at The Game Awards 2019, and currently stands as one of the highest-rated games of 2021.
