Demon Gates is the zone event for the Realm of Damnation in Diablo Immortal, and completing it can result in acquiring some valuable rewards. In order to reach the Realm of Damnation, players will need to be level 56. However, for zone events to appear, the game needs to be set to Hell difficulty, which can only be unlocked by completing the campaign and reaching level 60. Once the requirements are met, players will be able to participate in the Demon Gates event.

Zone events are special reoccurring quests that can be useful for farming materials or better gear. The rewards depend on the event, but most have Enchanted Dust to collect and the possibility of a legendary drop. Events like the Haunted Carriage or Ancient Arena in Diablo Immortal can only be completed at specific times, so it's easy to miss them. Fortunately, the Demon Gates event isn't tied to any specific day or time. Instead, the event spawns randomly in different locations throughout the Realm of Damnation.

Once a Demon Gate spawns, players will have a limited time to enter the portal. As long as players are in Diablo Immortal's Realm of Damnation zone when the portal appears, a notification should pop up indicating the event has started. Auto-navigation can be used to quickly reach the Demon Gate and go through the portal. The event can be completed solo or with a party of up to three players.

Rewards For Completing The Demon Gates Event In Diablo Immortal

How To Complete The Demon Gates Event in Diablo Immortal Realm of Damnation River

After going through the Demon Gate and starting the zone event in Diablo Immortal, players will need to fight waves of demons. Like some of the Cursed Chests that can be found randomly throughout the game, the objective of the Demon Gates event is simply to clear out all enemies in the area within the specified time limit. After defeating all enemies inside the Demon Gate, the portal needs to be closed so none of Skarn's minions can get through.

Searching for Demon Gates can be time-consuming, so it's recommended that players work on other activities while waiting for the event notification to pop up. Bounties may take players to the Realm of Damnation, or they can search for Hidden Lairs. The Realm of Damnation can also be visited to work on collecting Monstrous Essence so new pages for the Bestiary in Diablo Immortal can be completed.

Since there is a time limit, it's better to enter the portal with other players to guarantee some valuable rewards are received. Enchanted Dust and a variety of gear will be awarded for completing the event, and there's also a small chance a legendary item will drop. Additionally, players will receive bonus rewards in Diablo Immortal for completing three Demon Gates events in one day.
