The Vault of Glass raid weapons are some of the most powerful weapons in Destiny 2, perfect for new or returning players learning how to get better weapons for their arsenal. Destiny 2 has seen a number of changes since these weapons were originally released, and several updates to weapons have made them even stronger in Season of the Lost. There are seven weapons for players to earn with powerful perks.

The Vault of Glass raid offers a Sniper Rifle, Scout Rifle, Hand Cannon, Shotgun, Machine Gun, Rocket Launcher, and an Exotic Fusion Rifle. Vex Mythoclast is an Exotic Fusion Rifle that can only be earned by defeating the final boss, Atheon. Each week, Guardians have the opportunity to defeat Atheon and the Vault of Glass once per character to earn the Vex Mythoclast. If they can't get the weapon to drop from the raid, they'll have to wait until the following week to try again.

Every weapon in the Vault of Glass raid has a lot of utility for PvE and PvP content in Destiny 2. Like the Deep Stone Crypt raid, these weapons can only be earned from specific chests. Guardians will have to open each chest for the first time in the Vault of Glass raid in order for that weapon to become available in future chests. Additionally, only one new weapon per chest can be opened weekly on any character until all weapons are earned.

Additionally, the Vault of Glass has Timelost guns, which are more powerful versions of the regular weapons that can only be earned from clearing the raid on Master difficulty. These are Destiny 2's Vault of Glass weapons, where they can be found, and their God Rolls:

  • Vision of Confluence (Scout Rifle earned in the Conflux, Oracle, and Templar encounters) - Fluted Barrel, Ricochet Rounds, Rewind Rounds, Firefly
  • Praedyth's Revenge (Sniper Rifle earned in the Oracle and Aethon encounters) - Fluted Barrel, Tactical Mag, Rewind Rounds, High Impact Reserves
  • Fatebringer (Hand Cannon earned in the Templar and Gatekeeper encounters) - Corkscrew Rifling, Accurized Rounds, Explosive Payload, Kill Clip
  • Found Verdict (Shotgun earned in the Conflux, Oracle, and Gatekeeper encounters) - Full Choke, Assault Mag, Surplus, Opening Shot
  • Hezen Vengeance (Rocket Launcher earned in the Gatekeeper and Atheon encounters) - Quick Launch, Impact Casing, Tracking Module, Vorpal Weapon/Lasting Impression
  • Corrective Measure (Machine Gun earned through Templar and Atheon encounters) - Fluted Barrel, Tactical Mag, Rewind Rounds/Subsistence, Firefly
  • Vex Mythoclast (Exotic Fusion Rifle earned through Atheon encounter)

The Vision of Confluence, Fathebringer, and Vex Mythoclast all received substantial increases in damage to PvE combatants. Praedyth's Revenge is a fantastic sniper for PvE bosses and other challenging enemies. High Impact Reserves allows Praedyth's Revenge to deal additional damage at the end of the magazine. Additionally, Found Verdict is a great Energy Shotgun for PvP modes like the Trials of Osiris. Hezen Vengeance and Corrective Measure are massive damage dealers, even for heavy weapons.
