The Exodus Garden 2A Lost Sector might be the easiest Legend or Master activity to farm in Destiny 2, particularly when players have the propper loadout equipped. A few simple armor mods and Void weapons will have players cruising through the activity during their solo competions, ensuring they'll get an Exotic armor piece in no time. Despite this particular Lost Sector not being as challenging as others, there are some mission modifiers that players need to be aware of for Exodus Garden 2A.

Unlike the Veles Labyrinth Lost Sector in Destiny 2, Exodus Garden 2A has an active Void Burn that allows Guardians to deal and receive an extra 50% for Void damage sources. Both Legend and Master modes feature Scorched Earth, Champion Foes, Equipment Locked, Limited Revives, Shielded Foes, and Match Game as well. Scorched Earth means enemies will through more Grenades, while Shielded Foes offers Void shields for a few combatants.

Additionally, both Legend and Master versions of Exodus Garden 2A have Barrier and Overload Champions. The Master difficulty also features the Champions Mob, adding more Champions to the mix, and Attrition. While Attrition is active, regeneration is greatly impaired. Players will need to defeat enemies to create wells of Light to restore their health faster.

Exodus Garden 2A Lost Sector Loadouts In Destiny 2 (Solo Legend & Master)

A Guardian's Character Stats in Destiny 2 won't necessarily impact this Lost Sector as much just because there are only three quick fights before reaching the boss.

  • Lucent Finisher
  • Bountiful Wells
  • Elemental Ordnance (x2)
  • Thermoshock Plating (x2)
  • Volatile Rounds
  • Grenade Kickstart
  • Overload Void Grenade
  • Overload Weapons Mod (Needed)
  • Barrier Scout Rifle or Bow (Arbalest substitute)

Guardians will speed through the Exodus Garden 2A Lost Sector on a solo Master run with these weapons.

  • Arbalest
  • Funnelweb (Subsistence/Frenzy) or The Title (Stats For All/Vorpal Weapon)
  • Bad Omens (Tracking Module/Cluster Bomb) or Red Herring (Tracking Module/Lasting Impression)
  • Substitutes - Void Scout Rifles or Bows, Gnawing Hunger, Kinetic/Stasis Auto Rifles or SMGs, Collective Measure
  • Exotic Substitutes - Risk Runner, Le Monarque, Deathbringer, Two-Tailed Fox

Hunters, Titans, and Warlocks need Void 3.0 builds in Destiny 2 during this Lost Sector.

  • Warlock - Nove Bomb: Cataclysm with Eye of Another World or Nezarec's Sin
  • Titan - Word of Dawn with Helm of Saint-14 or Heart of Inmost Light
  • Hunter - Shadowshot: Moebius Quiver with Orpheus Rig or Graviton Forfeit
  • Aspects & Fragments - Echo of Obscurity
  • Grenade - Preference
  • Class Ability - Preference

As long as players have a relatively similar build to the ones mentioned above, they'll be able to breeze through the Exodus Garden 2A Lost Sector on Master in little to no time at all. The key to this build is frequently using the Void grenades to create more elemental wells, thereby taking advantage of Volatile Rounds constantly. Arbalest is the best Linear Fusion Rifle in Destiny 2 for dealing with Barrier Champions, and it's important to get them out of the picture as soon as possible. Finishing all Champions with Lucent Finisher will generate plenty of heavy ammo to use throughout the Lost Sector, and the Echo of Obscurity fragment will turn players invisible for a brief time after finishing any enemy. This makes it easy to get out of tricky situations in a pinch, despite how quick this Lost Sector is in Destiny 2.
