Destiny 2: Every Weapon (& God Roll) To Get Before Witch Queen

Destiny 2 Year 4 has seen more than 100 different types of weapons included in the game, with many more weapons on the way once the Witch Queen expansion arrives on Feb. 22, 2022. Some weapons introduced in the Season of the Hunt, Chosen, Splicer, and Lost, will be unobtainable once the season activities are removed from Destiny 2. Each Season introduced a plethora of new weapons and their god rolls that are worth grabbing before they're gone in Destiny 2.

Some of the new anti-champion mods that will be part of Destiny 2 Season 16 include Scout Rifles, Auto Rifles, SMGs, and Bows. For that reason, many of the weapons and god rolls included below will reflect the best weapons in Destiny 2 that will be helpful at the beginning of Year 5. Of course, by no means is every weapon listed below, nor every best weapon and their god rolls. However, as time continues to dwindle leading up to the launch of the Witch Queen expansion, there are still more than a dozen weapons that players should seek out before they're no longer obtainable.

Many world loot weapons were introduced in Season of the Lost, and for now, those weapons will be around at the beginning of the Witch Queen expansion. Other Destiny 2 weapons that will still be obtainable are the weapons of the nine that were added to the Prophecy dungeon and the weapons from the Dares of Eternity event. Specifically, the only weapons that Destiny 2 will lose for now are those tied to seasonal-related activities like Astral Alignment, Override, Wrathborn Hunts, and Battlegrounds. Although Battlegrounds will become part of the Vanguard Operations playlist, the Season of the Chosen weapons will likely be replaced by Vanguard weapons.

Exotic & Legendary God Rolls To Get Before Witch Queen in Destiny 2

Destiny 2 Season of the Slicer Hawkmoon Quest

Both Dead Man's Tale and Hawkmoon are the only two Exotic weapons in Destiny 2 that can drop with randomized perks. Once a week, players can repeat Presage and Harbinger's respective quests to earn new rolls on these Exotic weapons. Both the Dead Man's Tale and Hawkmoon Exotic quests in Destiny 2 have activities that need to be completed first before the weapons can be unlocked as well. There are a few great perk options for each of these weapons, but players have only a few weeks left to earn any potentially better rolls before the Witch Queen expansion launches in Destiny 2.
