Drang (Baroque) is a reworked Solar Sidearm in Destiny 2 that returns alongside the Opulent weapon set in Season of the Haunted. Many veteran players know that Drang (Baroque) has viable options for both PvE and PvP activities in Destiny 2, but the rework has added new perks options in the third and fourth columns. Additionally, Drang (Baroque) also has the Together Forever Archetype, which automatically reloads the Sturm Exotic Hand Cannon and overflows its magazine whenever players get a kill with Drang.

One of the best things about the return of this Solar Sidearm is that players can craft this weapon in Destiny 2, Season 17. In fact, all weapons from both the Opulent and Haunted sets can be crafted, so long as players complete and extract five Deepsight Resonance variations. Fortunately, Guardians can earn the Deepsight variation of Drang (Baroque) from the same sources as the standard version of the weapon.

By using the Crown of Sorrow in the H.E.L.M., players can focus Umbral Engrams into both the regular and Deepsight versions of Drang (Baroque) once they have unlocked the appropriate upgrades. The Opulent Chests that are scattered around the Derelict Leviathan can also earn reward Drang (Baroque) once an Opulent Key has been found. Guardians can find Opulent Keys in Destiny 2 by opening other chests around the ship or as a reward for completing a Nightmare Containment Tier III activity.

The Best Perks For Drang (Baroque) In Destiny 2: Season Of The Haunted

Drang (Baroque) is arguably the best Legendary Sidearm in Destiny 2, or at the very least the best Solar Legendary Sidearm. Fluted Barrel, Hammer-Forged Rifling, Corkscrew Rifling, and Arrowhead Brake are all fantastic PvP and PvE barrel options. For the magazine perk, players should stick to either Accurized Rounds or Tactical Mag for both PvE and PvP activities in Destiny 2 as well. Additionally, there are many great perk combinations for Drang's third and fourth columns.

  • 1. Moving Target, Quickdraw/Rampage - These combinations work really well for Drang (Baroque) in PvP.
  • 2. Quickdraw/Vorpal Weapon - Quickdraw and Vorpal Weapon are great perks to have on a weapon in PvP because they help players counter Guardians with their Super active.
  • 3. Wellspring, Well-Rounded/Incandescent - Both options work really well with Solar 3.0 PvE builds in Destiny 2.
  • 4. Wellspring/Rampage - Great PvE and PvP combination for builds that rely heavily upon ability energy.
  • 5. Disruption Break/Incandescent - Great combination when using Sturm in the Kinetic Slot.
