Derry Girls is one of Netflix's newest sitcoms, and this Irish series is absolutely quirky and hilarious. Taking place in the 1990s during conflict with the IRA, these high school girls (and boy) are just trying to live life. Of course, each of these characters is definitely unique, and it's pretty hard to not laugh at each and every one of their quirks and traits.

We know you have your favs, but have you ever wondered which character you'd be most like in a game of D&D? This one is for all you inner nerds out there. Here are the Dungeons & Dragons moral alignments of this incredible gang.

Orla - Chaotic Neutral

Orla is probably everyone's spirit animal. This type of character is an individualist. They follow their heart above all else, and they likely don't care a whole lot about traditions and the way other people are living their lives within society's standards.

This type of person is certainly not evil, but like Orla, their freedom is their #1 priority. That being said, the whole notion of good and evil comes second. We love Orla, and she fits into this character type like a glove.

Clare - Chaotic Good

Clare is definitely the most "good" of her friends, meaning she cares the most about what they're doing and is the first to say if it's right or wrong. However, Clare is also definitely an activist.

This type of character likes to create change, but they'll always do it in the way that's best for the general good. They usually have the best intentions, but they might not always come out in the most appropriate way. Essentially, their methods may be a bit unorganized. Clare is definitely out there, and this alignment certainly describes her wild and wholesome personality.

Ma Mary - Lawful Good

Mary, Erin's mom, is a hilarious and interesting character. While we almost placed her into Neutral Good, we think she fits best into this character alignment. She is incredibly traditional, and it's Mary's way or the highway.

She is stubborn as an ox, and she certainly adheres to traditions and rules. She would never do anything against society's norms, and this becomes pretty difficult when Erin is trying to live her best teenage life. Mary can be pretty fiery, but we can count on her to stick to society's, and her own, rules and standards.

Michelle - Neutral Evil

It's probably not surprising at all that Michelle swings towards evil. She's not exactly chaotic, but this type of character is usually selfish. Their main goals are in their self-interest, and they will easily turn on their allies to further their own motivations.

However, Michelle isn't chaotic, because this character class doesn't go out of their way to harm others. She only does it for direct benefit for herself. It's not needless, but she doesn't really care about laws or standards. We love Michelle, but we won't deny that she has some evil flowing through her veins.

Da Gerry - Neutral Good

We all feel bad for Gerry at times, right? He's just trying to live, and honestly, he's pretty misunderstood by his family (we see you, Granda Joe). Gerry is definitely a neutral good. He usually acts within the law and acts in the best interests of others.

However, he does not feel totally beholden to them. He will break the rules if he believes it is the right thing to do. Gerry has a heart of gold, to be honest, and he certainly fits in this pretty lovable moral alignment.

Aunt Sarah - Chaotic Neutral

Aunt Sarah is much like her daughter, Orla. They're two peas in a pod, and they're both definitely Chaotic Neutral. Aunt Sarah is also quite the individualist, although she might be a bit more traditional than Orla.

Still, she fits in this alignment perfectly, because she also greatly values her freedom and her individuality. Good and evil are important, but they definitely come second to living a free-spirited life. Bless this woman's soul, right?

James - Lawful Neutral

If there's any character that's certainly stolen our hearts, it's James. This character is also so underrated and misunderstood, but his heart is definitely made of pure gold. A Lawful Neutral character believes in strong codes, such as honor, rules, and tradition.

They have their own moral code, and they will likely respond well to authority figures. Obviously, James is the least rebellious of the crew, but he follows along with his friends nonetheless. This type of character is sweet as pie, and you can trust them to follow moral and lawful codes.

Granda Joe - Chaotic Good

Granda Joe is hilarious, and we love his relationship with his granddaughters. He falls under the Chaotic Good moral alignment because he also has strong beliefs about what is best for society. He follows laws, but he knows that the bureaucracy has flaws, and he's willing to change them (like, infiltrating the president's radio?).

He usually intends to do the right thing, but it can seem pretty chaotic or disorganized to others around him. We love this man, even if he's a bit wild at times.

Jenny Joyce - Lawful Good

Jenny Joyce is probably that person that we all hated when we were in high school. Not shockingly, she's a through and through Lawful Good. She will literally never do anything that goes against tradition or society's code, even if it is for the general good.

She thinks codes are good, essentially, and that is all there is to life. She will follow laws until the very end, which is probably what makes her pretty darn annoying.

Erin - Neutral Good

We all love Erin. This character is actually kind of like her dad, meaning that she's also a Neutral Good. She acts with good intentions, and she's more likely than some of her friends to follow the rules.

However, she's also willing to break them if she thinks it's best for her, her friends, or society as a whole. She doesn't have the same internal struggle as someone in the Lawful alignment. This Neutral Good character is totally endearing, and she ultimately does have a heart of gold that can be pretty fun to follow.
