Warning! Spoilers for Deathstroke Inc. #7 ahead!

The latest issue of DC Comics' Deathstroke Inc. confirms that Slade Wilson's family is one of the most dysfunctional groups in the DC Universe. Having recently become the King of the Supervillains, Deathstroke is building an army to prepare for the next big crisis on the horizon. However, it looks as though his children both known and unknown are looking to have a talk with their dad, though words might not be the only things that are exchanged between the master assassins.

In previous issues of Deathstroke Inc., Slade Wilson tried his hand at being a hero, working alongside Black Canary for the organization known as TRUST. However, it clearly didn't take after it was revealed that TRUST was simply a front for the Secret Society of Supervillains. Seeing the value of their plan to remain unified and even work alongside superheroes when the big world-ending crises occur, Slade killed the Society's leaders and took over as the self-appointed King of the Supervillains.

Now, Deathstroke Inc. #7 from Joshua Williamson and Stephen Segovia sees Deathstroke having formed his base of operations in Zandia, a rogue and lawless nation perfect for building up his forces unopposed. However, Slade's daughter Ravager has arrived with the mysterious Respawn, a new character in the DC Universe introduced in recent issues of Robin who carries a major connection to Slade Wilson. Ravager is determined to bring him to see Slade. That being said, Deathstroke gets the drop on the duo while they are sneaking around, grabbing Respawn by the throat for a very tense family reunion/potential introduction.

While Slade clearly has no idea who is under the masked that so closely resembles his own, the issue is titled "Kids," plural. As such, it's extremely likely that Respawn is somehow related to Slade. Ravager knows exactly who Respawn is and believes Slade needs to know about him, so hopefully she'll be able to explain things to her dad before he kills the young assassin.

Clearly, the Wilson Family is pretty intense and full of dynamic dysfunction (which is quite entertaining as it plays out). That being said, one can imagine that Ravager and Respawn will join Deathstroke as he prepares not only for the upcoming Shadow War crossover with DC's Robin and Batman titles but also the imminent Dark Crisis event. As such, the end of the Multiverse will likely be a Wilson Family affair following the events of Deathstroke Inc. #7 on sale now.
