Deadpool is a mastermind of comical, and yet ludicrous antics. But in Baby's First Deadpool Book #1, fans get a taste of just how bizarre the stories surrounding the character can get.

The Merc With A Mouth is always finding new ways to humor his audience such as how in Spiderman/Deadpool #6 he breaks the fourth wall, watches, and reviews Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice with his pal Spider-Man. But Deadpool is equally disturbing as he is humorous with the amount of bloodshed he deals to anyone he wishes as well as the mutilation his body experiences such as the time he suffers his most extreme death in the comics. As comic fans begin to read the children's short story "Friends Care Because Friends Share," in Baby's First Deadpool Book #1, one can see that although Deadpool's healing factor is one of the weirdest things about deadpool's body and keeps him from dying, it doesn't stop his hunger.

The tale begins with the odd team-up of Blarney the Dinosaur and Deadpool as they are flying in a plane to visit a kid for his/her birthday. But as the dynamic duo are partying with some other animal friends, the plane begins to fall from the sky because he forgets to take his pills before leaving the airport. When the plane makes smashes into the frozen ground of a tundra, only Blarney and Deadpool survive-left stranded in a frozen wasteland. To keep themselves warm in the freezing temperatures of the barren and frozen land, they burn the luggage from the plane. But as time passes on, the Merc With A Mouth's hunger begins to grow... and he suggests eating Blarney's tail. At first, the Dinosaur is hesitant, but then he decides to allow Deadpool to chop off his tail. Never say he's not a hero.

Deadpool Baby First Comic

After Deadpool roasts Blarney's tail over a fire and digests it, he claims he's still hungry so he asks him if he can eat his arm. Once again, Blarney is hesitant but decides Deadpool can eat his arm-knowing that the Merc With A Mouth will do anything for him. Though, when Deadpool is about to chop off Blarney's arm, he claims he can't because his hands are still greasy from eating his tail, which means that Blarney has to cut off his own arm! After cutting off his arm, Blarney passes out and as he lays unconscious, Deadpool continues to poke at the Dinosaur with his fork, imagining the many ways he can enjoy eating each limb.  After many hours pass, the plane recuperates and finds the lonely and yet, satisfied Deadpool and brings him to the kids birthday party. Considering all of the luggage is burnt to a crisp, one might assume that Deadpool is showing up at a kid's birthday party empty handed. But one shouldn't worry because when Deadpool arrives at the party, he arrives prepared and hands the child Blarney head on a silver platter.

Although children will not be able to enjoy Baby's First Deadpool Book #1 due to it's mature content, older fans of the character still can. Deadpool may call out Marvel's secret monster team, but there's no doubt that he's a monster too,in his own way. It's amazing that any of the Marvel characters are willing to become lovers with the antihero. But then again, there's a certain charm Deadpool possesses that one can't seem to resist.
