What movies and TV shows are up next for Dave Bautista? The former WWE Superstar exploded into the Hollywood scene as Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy in 2014 and has been going strong since. Bautista has appeared in a wide range of films - from playing a hardened CIA operative named JJ in the family-action film My Spy to the high action of Sapper Morton in Blade Runner 2049, it seems like Bautista has done it all.

But the action hero is far from done - his list of upcoming movies and TV shows include even more new territory for Bautista, from modern zombie flicks to sci-fi book-to-movie adaptations to lending his voice in multiple animations. Fans can also look forward to seeing Drax again in the next few years - not just once, but twice. Bautista even once told WB he'd be playing Bane someday, even though they weren't (and still aren't) casting for the Batman villain.

While it's unlikely Bautista will be playing Bane any time soon, he certainly has plenty of movies and TV shows on deck. Bautista has announced that he won't be returning to WWE, meaning the actor has plenty of time to fully dedicate himself to his long list of ongoing projects. Though his WWE career may be officially over, it seems Bautista's acting career is just getting starting - here's a list of every upcoming movie and TV show he's currently working on.
