TLC star Darcey Silva may be famous for having multiple unsuccessful relationships on 90 Day Fiancé, but she’s also changed her look quite a few times. Now with a successful solo spin-off Darcey & Stacey starring herself and twin Stacey in her resume, Darcey still shows no signs of stopping her evolution. But lately, the 90 Day Fiancé star has taken to Instagram to post several throwbacks of what she looked like pre the drastic makeovers. And the newest picture by Darcey is not really getting a good response.
Apart from flaunting her very evident “twin telepathy” with sister Stacey, the Darcey & Stacey celeb has always been at the top of her plastic surgery game. While the very first look she debuted on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in 2016 had Darcey showing off her long black hair, the mother-of-two now has beautiful blonde extensions. But the twin transformation went beyond just hair color for Darcey and Stacey who also got cosmetic treatments done on 90 Day Fiancé for all to see. There’s the evident work on lips, tightening of the skin on her face, a tummy tuck, breast enhancement, and many other makeover miracles that make Middletown Connecticut’s Darcey and her twin look like they do now. But while the 90 Day Fiancé stars seem to be happy with their romantic lives, having finally found younger, European men they like in Florian Sukaj and Georgi Rusev, there’s no stopping Darcey and Stacey from getting more upgrades. After recently starting her HGC or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin treatment and going on an ultra-low-calorie diet, 90 Day Fiancé’s Darcey is all about giving a nice social media nod to the avatar she’s left behind.
Continuing her string of flashback Friday-style posts on Instagram, Darcey & Stacey’s Darcey posted a picture from what appears to be an old photo shoot with sister Stacey. Captured at the hip Grafton on Sunset at West Hollywood, one can see nearly unrecognizable Silva sisters sprawled on a bed in Darcey’s post. Dressed in complimenting red shirts and denim bottoms, the 90 Day Fiancé twins sport raven-like hair and leather boots. “We made a wish at 11:11… and two came true,” is what Darcey captioned the post that had her 1.1 million-plus followers guessing, who’s who!
But along with the comments that are clearly wishing the Darcey & Stacey leads went back to being brunettes are the usual hateful ones that Georgi’s fiancé attracts on IG. “You mean when y’all actually looked real? And had real faces and real hair?” chides a 90 Day Fiancé viewer, and another one can be seen asking, “Did you wish for time travel?” But the criticism for Darcey just keeps getting worse with each scroll when one stumbled upon comments like, “Must’ve wished to look like clowns bc that’s what has happened” and “You should sue the doctors that butchered your face and bodies.”
But who’s to stop the naysayers from giving undue advice on social media? Thankfully, Darcey and Stacey have their admirers to bring balance into the Instagram world. “Why can’t we just take them for who they are??” asks a top liked 90 Day Fiancé fan’s comment, closely followed by one that says, “Why follow just to bash? I don’t get it.” Looks like as season 2 of Darcey & Stacey approaches, the Silvas do have fans who’ve got their pretty backs.
