Darcey has had a pretty great year. Since her time on the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, the twin has been given her own spin-off show, hit 1 million Instagram followers, and found a new boy toy to call her very own. The reality star is happily making her dreams come true, thanks to her reality TV fame.
Darcey and Georgi both took to their Instagrams to announce that they are officially engaged. The couple also spoke with People to spill all the juicy details. The pair looked smitten with one another as they embraced their age difference and all the relationship troubles currently being aired on the show. Darcey and Georgi met while attending the Super Bowl in Miami and hit it off. Georgi is a model and a massage therapist who fell in love with the pint-size blonde.
Fans were surprised to learn Darcey secretly accepted Georgi's proposal back in June and somehow managed to keep the relationship under wraps. The 46-year-old revealed, "I still feel newly engaged. I haven't been able to really celebrate it yet with everybody. I want to be able to shout it to the world." The mother of two went on to say, "It was definitely a total surprise for me. Georgi and I have a very deep connection, and I feel like in that moment I was not expecting it at all." The groom-to-be revealed, "It was really hard to find the ring, make calls, make the reservation for the boat, for dinner." The blushing bride wore a pearl beaded white dress that compliments her gorgeous diamond ring. For the couple, both believed the most important thing is they understand one another and continue to have “each other’s back.”
