Chrishell Stause smiling for the camera

Dancing With the Stars has officially kicked off its 29th season! One DWTS contestant has been in close contact with Good Morning America and is delivering an inside scoop into her experience on the show. That contestant is Selling Sunset's Chrishell Stause!

Stause has been slowly gaining her happiness back after a bitter divorce from This Is Us star Justin Hartley. She's dancing to keep her spirits up and get her mojo back. Even after a poor score of just 13 on her first dance, the star is remaining positive and looks like she's having the time of her life both out on the dance floor and in the practice studio.

In a special behind the scenes clip for GMA posted on the real estate agents Instagram account, she and partner Gleb Savchenko give little tidbits about their rehearsals. The two seem to have a lot of fun together as fans see them laughing about rolling their r's and speaking about how you refer to someone as sweet in Russian. There is major chemistry going on with these two.

The million dollar mansion seller has described her experience thus far as somewhat of a blur, stating "the build-up and rehearsal time was so extensive leading up to the show, but then it became a big blur, and if I hadn't been able to watch it back later I am not sure I would remember what just happened." The star also recounts a dance cardio class which she walked out on and is classifying everything she does for the show as a major win in regards to it.

While fun, the dancing Stause does is somewhat devouring her life. She eats, breathes, and sleeps dance. In reference to a dream, she said, "I woke up at 4 a.m. on the morning of the show because I was dreaming that I forgot my steps. I then watched a video of a taped rehearsal several times until I convinced myself I still knew them and to just go back to sleep." In terms of techniques, it's a little different than she thought it would be! Like most people, she assumed dance was all having to do with how well you could use your hips, but for certain variations it's quite the opposite. Speaking about the Tango, the star gives advice: "Do not move your hips, move on a flat plane, bounce up and down, and whatever you do, don't lose your frame. Basically the opposite of every single thing I equated to dancing before this."

She is super excited to continue her DWTS journey and looks forward to her upcoming rehearsals. While dancing in front of an audience can be scary, she seems to be equally having the time of her life. Hopefully this star continues to improve as #teamsellingsunset is really looking forward to watching the rest of her journey and possible domination of the competition. No matter what, Stause appears to be having a great time and she's made a lovely friend in her partner, Gleb.
