Dancing With The Stars 2020 contestant Chrishell Stause became famous on Netflix's Selling Sunset, but she's ready to sell the judges on her dancing abilities. One of the most traditional tropes of DWTS is shocking the fans with its casting choices. This could mean bringing back legendary celebrities that might've been out of the spotlight for some time. It could also mean introducing a mainstream audience to a celebrity that is otherwise better known in his or her niche market. Nonetheless, one of the most fun things about this show is rooting for people that perhaps you didn't even know or remember that well.

For many reasons, Dancing With The Stars season 29 is undergoing a few changes. ABC wants to freshen up the franchise with a new face. Thus, it has hired Tyra Banks to be this season's host and executive producer. She is replacing Tom Bergeron, who's hosted this series from the very beginning. When it comes to the judges, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli are coming back once again. They've been judges on the show since its first season. With that said, longtime DWTS professional dancer Derek Hough will replace Len Goodman this year.

There's no denying that Chrishell Stause is one of the biggest stars in the DWTS 2020 cast. She is now best known for being on Netflix's Selling Sunset, but Chrishell has been famous for quite some time. In 2005, she was cast on the soap opera All My Children, where she played Amanda Dillon. When that show ended, she went on to join Days of our Lives on NBC. There, she played the role of Jordan Ridgeway between 2013 and 2015. The fans are also well aware of her high-profile relationship with This Is Us actor Justin Hartley. They started dating in 2014 and got married in 2017. However, they got divorced in 2019.

There's not exactly any significant evidence to prove that Chrishell Stause will be a great dancer on Dancing With The Stars. However, a lot of actors end up developing that skill over time. Moreover, the fans can rest assured that Chrishell's can-do attitude will take her very far regardless of her current level of dancing expertise. If she is able to sell the judges on her performance as well as she can sell real estate on Selling Sunset, then it's safe to say that Chrishell is in a really good spot.

It's been a long wait for the DWTS fans, but season 29 is finally here. This year, the cast is particularly interesting, and it's hard to predict which stars will do better than others. As such, there's plenty of reason to believe that this season will be one to remember.
