Each week of the new Season, Fortnite players receive a checklist of challenges to complete that can allow for some unique in-game experiences and prizes like XP coins. During Week 4, one of the challenges is for players to showcase their best dance move emotes for 10 seconds on camera at Sweaty Sands. As a reward, they'll be granted 35,000 XP, helping boost their Battle Pass.

Players will need to find the dance floor and television camera in Sweaty Sands, open their emotes and select their favorite dance to perform for 10 seconds. Because Sweaty Sands is one of the more popular Fortnite locations, the major challenge will be for players to sustain their emote for the full 10 seconds without being caught by other players. There's a chance they'll need to do some fighting to complete this item on the checklist. Beyond that, the camera can be challenging to find if players don't know where to look. Here's how to find and dance for the camera during this week's challenge.

Where to Find the Camera at Sweaty Sands in Fortnite

A player dances on the lit-up dance floor in front of the camera on the boardwalk at Sweaty Sands for 10 seconds to complete the Week 4 challenge in Fortnite.

Players will need to look for a TV camera standing on a tripod at Sweaty Sands. To avoid detection by others, it may be beneficial for players to drop directly at the northern portion of Sweaty Sands so they have a few moments to locate the dance floor and complete the challenge before other players arrive. It is much easier to dance for 10 seconds when not dodging bullets and other attacks.

The dance floor and camera are located on the boardwalk leading to the SoftDeez restaurant, around the northernmost part of that area. Players will find the dance floor just slightly south of SoftDeez. It will appear lit, with cardboard cutouts of other characters surrounding it. There is a tailgate-style tent nearby. For players who spent time in the location in April, it is near the location of the Travis Scott stage.

Players demonstrate different dance emotes in Fortnite

Once players locate the dance floor and step onto it, they will want to open their emotes and select one to perform in front of the camera. It's a good idea at this point to quickly check the area and make sure there are no other players around to sneak up and attack while a player is otherwise engaged.

Players may use any emote they want, even non-dance ones. They only need to perform the action for 10 seconds to complete the challenge. A pop up should appear once the challenge is complete to congratulate the player, letting them know they can stop dancing and that they've earned XP. If there is a particular dance or action players want to perform, they may need to purchase it first.
