After literal years of waiting Cyberpunk 2077 has finally hit store shelves around the world and players are just now digging into the deeply complicated (if maybe more than a little broken) video game. One of the most important aspects of the game is for players to choose what class they would like to play as wisely, and then properly invest in the correct skills for their play style.

Players can choose to be a more stealth-oriented hacker, an engineer who focuses on crafting the strongest equipment, or a ridiculously powerful and deadly mercenary. That final option is exactly what players can become by focusing on perks for the Solo class. Players who want to use incredibly strong weapon skills and easily dispatch their enemies in combat will want to take a look at Solo. This guide shows players the best perks to pick up early on for the Solo class.

The Solo is by far the most straightforward of the three classes in Cyberpunk 2077. Players who want to charge straight into all combat encounters with guns blazing will be right at home as a Solo. As a Solo, the player will be able to make any kind of weapon in the game useful depending on how they decide to invest their perks. Those who wish can even make themselves a pretty effective unarmed or melee combatant.

By investing in Solo perks players will basically be able to become a master of all forms of weaponry as well as shrug of many forms of damage. Most of the perks that players will want for a Solo build will come from the Body and Reflexes trees, but there are also an array of different skills spread throughout the different trees that would be useful for a Solo as well.

Players should keep in mind that while Solo's are focused on combat they won't want to neglect other aspects of their character build either. Crafting and hacking perks can also be helpful to make them a little more well rounded.

Regeneration - Any players that think they will be fighting their enemies straight on will want to pick up Regeneration first if they can. This will let health regenerate slowly during combat, which in turn means that players won't have to use healing consumables as often.

Slow and Steady - This increases the player's armor by a certain percentage while the player is moving. This is perfect for those who use melee or close-ranged weapons, as it will allow the player to rush at enemies and take less damage than normal.

Dead Center - Increase the amount of damage that the player can deal to an enemy's torso. Any perk like this that increases weapon damage is definitely picking up early on.

Executioner - Once this perk has been picked up players are able to deal 25% extra damage to any enemy that is higher than half health. This is a great way to deal a massive amount of damage to enemies at the beginning of combat.

O.K. Corral - This perk will deal 50% more handgun damage to any enemies below quarter health. While this is a useful enough ability on its own, clever players can combine it with Executioner to eliminate enemies easily.
