The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has struggled regarding ratings in the past, but fans feel Crystal Kung Minkoff and Sutton Stracke's storyline is ruining the franchise. The two women had a rocky start and fought over how ugly a pair of leather pants were. Needless to say, followers are not impressed with any of their shenanigans this season.

The two newcomers to RHOBH started off on the wrong foot. During their freshman seasons as full-time housewives, Crystal and Sutton had a chat about race which did not go well. Season 11 showed the two women not being able to find common ground, and it did not help that Sutton forgot her manners by bursting into Crystal's room while she was naked. Thankfully, fans thought the drama was behind the ladies, and they became friends during the off-season. However, RHOBH season 12 is proving to be a bit more difficult as Crystal or Sutton don't want to ignore their issues.

For many RHOBH viewers, the squabbling between Sutton and Crystal is ruining the once-beloved franchise. Along the way, fans have gotten lost thanks to Crystal's rhetoric and Sutton's ability to ignore any uncomfortable topics. The most recent episode showed Crystal and Sutton began arguing about the past racially insensitive comment Sutton made while out to dinner in Punta Mita, Mexico, which later caused the southern belle to flee from the table. While it all comes across as very dramatic, viewers feel most of it has been put on for a show, and a poorly directed show at that.

With the addition of the "dark" comment Sutton made during a conversation with Crystal, RHOBH fans are questioning whether they even want to keep watching RHOBH season 12. The storyline is slowly being ignored by fans, with some even annoyed that Erika Jayne is now putting her two cents in the conversation. Many viewers also feel production has pushed Crystal to be more argumentative just to be able to keep hold of her diamond, while Sutton looks like a deer in the headlights.

While "ruining the franchise may be a bit dramatic, RHOBH fans know what they want. Many would like to see Crystal express herself better. If she feels dismissed, then she should say that to the group. For now, many hope that the Crystal and Sutton storyline improves, at least for the sake of the franchise.
