Counting On's Joy-Anna Duggar and husband Austin Forsyth are pregnant again, this time with her rainbow baby after the couple suffered a tragic miscarriage. The family of three is about the become a family of four this summer and fans could not be more excited for the parents.

The sizeable Arkansas family was first introduced to TLC viewers on 19 Kids and Counting, starring Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar and their 19 children. The large family are made up of devout Christians that choose to live by strict standards, which include the girls not wearing pants, strict courtship rules, and dressing modestly. TLC cameras filmed as the ten boys and nine girls, including Joshua, twins Jana and John-David, Jill, Jessa, Jinger, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, twins Jedidiah and Jeremiah, Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace, and Josie started to grow up and date. With all of the stars growing up and starting their own family, TLC decided to give the older children a spin-off called Counting On.

After a hard couple of months, Joy-Anna and Austin Forsyth can finally share the good news and announced that they have a rainbow baby on the way. The couple went to Instagram to announce that they are expecting a little baby girl who is set to arrive in August. The 22-year-old took to her Instagram on Wednesday to share the good news with her supporters. In the reality stars caption she wrote, "Yes, it is true!" The Counting On star revealed she was once again expecting after the miscarriage of their daughter nine months ago when they lost their baby girl Annabell at 20 weeks. The TLC personality noted that it had been a crazy adventure but was happy to note that she and the baby were healthy. In her post the mother to be was wearing a light pink shirt that read, blessed. Joy-Anna and Austin are already parents to a two-year-old boy, Gideon. Austin spoke about being nervous to raise a girl as he feels that a girl will take more work than a baby boy. The father hinted that they would have to pamper their baby girl a little bit more than their son. On the other hand, Joy-Anna said her heart would "melt" when they first meet, eluding to dressing her up in bows and dresses.

Fans will recall that the Counting On star lost her baby back in July after a miscarriage at 20 weeks. The couple had named her Annabell and posted a picture of them at the hospital saying goodbye to her. The couple realized more than ever that life was short as they held their stillborn. Even though their second child did not survive the couple can now concentrate on their third and the love she will bring to their lives.
