Former Counting On star Jill Duggar promoted an intimate and sexy date book on her Instagram. The 28-year-old reality star, who has been married to her husband Derek Dillard for the past five years, is showing couples how they can spice up their bedroom routines.

Jill is the second oldest daughter to Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, who became a household name through their show 19 Kids and Counting. The reality TV star then went on to become a midwife. She married Derek Dillard in June of 2014, they had their first child, Isreal Dillard, in 2015, and then their second, Samuel Dillard, in 2017. Jill has been married for 5 years and has been very open from the start about her marriage - specifically how to maintain intimacy in the bedroom, in spite of Jill coming from a strict Christian upbringing where premarital sex was taboo. Now that Jill is married and sex is accepted between husband and wife, she has defied what is expected of the family by blogging about how to please her husband in the bedroom.

She already received mixed responses from fans for her Dillard Family blog where she gave her advice back in June when she wrote a blog titled, "More Than Sex: How To Love Your Husband" where her advice ranged from how having sex "3-4 times a week is a good start," always being "available" sexually to your spouse, and abstaining from solo-sex. According to Us, the former Counting On star posted a risqué book of "bedroom games and sexy activities" by the relationship blog, The Dating Divas, that she is promoting.

The book is titled, A Year of Sexy Dates,  which features "12 different bedroom games and sexy activities." According to Jill, there is a sexy activity for every month of the year, including: "Positions Dice," "Spicy Pictionary," "Strip Never Have I Ever," and "Sexy Scavenger." She posted a picture of the book with the caption, "Yay!! So excited this just came in the mail!!" This isn't the first time she's posted a risqué book on her Instagram stories; she received backlash for posting a picture on her fifth wedding anniversary, which featured a book on her table titled, The Little Black Book of Kama Sutra, in which fans complained about being too open with her followers. One user wrote, "You wear modest clothing to keep your body covered, yet you share intimate details about your sex life with the world? This is very odd to one."

Now that Jill is comfortable accepting her freedom to talk about sexuality inside of marriage, it seems she is caring less about what her followers think and is celebrating it. It's such a drastic change from what viewers remember of first meeting Jill when she was just a child on 19 Kids and Counting and when she was a restricted young woman who viewers watched on Counting On when she had her first kiss at her wedding. It may be hard for fans to accept that she has grown into a new chapter of her life where she can be open about sex with her husband. In spite of it being awkward for some fans who still think of her as that young girl, it seems she is setting a new normal of not being shy about talking about - and even promoting - a healthy sex life in a marriage.
