Former star of Counting On, Derick Dillard, accused father-in-law Jim Bob Duggar, patriarch of the Duggar family and star of 19 Kids and Counting, for keeping the show's money for himself and not sharing with the actual stars of the show, his children. He went on a Twitter rant slamming Jim Bob for not sharing the reality TV show's earnings with his adult children and their spouses.

The TLC reality show formerly called Jill & Jessa: Counting On, has continued on without some leading cast members. Jill's husband Derick was fired after he continually posted homophobic and transphobic comments on social media and wrote disparaging things about another TLC star, Jazz Jennings. While Jill, formerly a fan favorite on the original 19 Kids and Counting, was never formally fired, Derick tweeted that he was taking his family off the show. The disgraced former TLC star has had plenty of controversy regarding his opinions on women and now with his in-laws.

Previously Derick called out TLC for not being paid for their appearances on Counting On in their last season. One fan asked about the family's financial situation on Twitter (via Radar Online), writing, "Why does Jim Bob get all the money for the show and doesn’t give any to the his children? The actual stars of the show." Derick replied to the follower, "I don't know." Derick then told the fan, "You would have to ask him that."

Another fan expressed concern about the fact that Derick had a falling out with his in-laws, writing, "I hope it's not true," but Derick didn't challenge the comment. Instead of challenging the remark, he asked, "Why do you hope it's not true?" and then tagged the official Duggar Family Twitter account to the reply - which fans took as a dig to the family. Derek has since deleted the original Tweet. Since being fired from TLC, Derick maintains that he doesn't support the Duggar family by not watching them and encourages fans to "not to watch the filth on TLC." He is now attending law school but has also worked as a GrubHub delivery man.

It remains to be seen if his wife, Jill, will ever be back on the reality TV show. Since it was only Derick that was fired, it could be a possibility, but it seems that Jill is standing behind her husband by not appearing on the show. The new season of Counting On is currently back on the air and one thing is for certain - the Dillard family won't be watching.
