As Guardians continue to participate in the Solstice event, "In the Hot Seat" is one of the Triumphs in Destiny 2 that needs to be completed in order to earn the Flamekeeper title. The various Triumphs of the 2022 Solstice event can only be achieved while the festivity is live in Destiny 2. After the weekly reset occurs on August 9, Guardians will have to wait another year before they can complete any of the same Triumphs once more. This means that those who fail to meet the In the Hot Seat Triumph will also miss out on earning the Flamekeeper title.

In addition to In the Hot Seat being a Triumph, it's also one of the Solstice Event Card challenges in Destiny 2 that will reward Kindling and Event Tickets after it is completed and claimed. Kindling is one of the three Solstice currencies that is needed to upgrade the Candescent armor set and is only available by completing Event Challenges. Event Tickets are used to purchase more cosmetic rewards from the upgraded version of the Event Card, and these can only be earned by completing Event Challenges as well. Fortunately, both the In the Hot Seat Triumph and Event Challenge can be completed at the same time.

The In the Hot Seat Triumph requires Guardians to complete activities within the Throne World to get Silver Leaves in Destiny 2. Silver Leaves are the material that can be turned into Silver Ash via the Bonfire Bash activity and then used to upgrade the Candescent armor set and reroll the stats of the helmet, gauntlets, chest armor, and legs. While Silver Leaves can only be earned during the Solstice event, Guardians will also have to wear at least one piece of the Candescent armor set to earn them as they complete nearly every activity. Although the armor stats of the initial set may be low, Guardians should consider wearing the class item so that they may keep using any builds.

The Fastest Way To Complete In the Hot Seat In Destiny 2

Destiny 2: Solstice 2022 Event (Everything You Need To Know)

The only activity in the Throne World that won't provide any progress to the In the Hot Seat Triumph is any Patrol. The Metamorphosis Lost Sector, before Legend or Master, will provide five percent progress completion. Because the activity only takes a couple of minutes to complete, Guardians may find that repeating this Lost Sector is the most effective way to finish the Triumph / Event Challenge.

The Vow of the Disciple Raid provides 35% towards completion, but because the activity takes so long to complete it ends up being less effective than the Metamorphosis Lost Sector. Wellspring and Preservation provide 10 and seven percent completion, respectively. Keep completing the Metamorphosis Lost Sector to finish the In the Hot Seat Triumph in Destiny 2 quickly.
