The Masked Singer competitor Snowstorm defeated Bride (Chris Jericho) and Avocado (Adam Carolla) on Comedy Roast Night, and will now face off against the last two season 8 contestants on Fright Night: Scarecrow and Sir Bugaboo. Whoever wins this final round of competition before the semi-finals will gain a coveted spot with Harp and the Lambs in order to battle it out to see who will sing in the finale. Snowstorm barreled into the competition, knocking out the reigning king of the round, Bride, with her impressive performance of "Thank U, Next" by Ariana Grande. She then easily beat Avocado in the Battle Royale, as they both sang "You're So Vain" by Carly Simon.
The Masked Singer season 8 will air a special two-night event for Thanksgiving. The Wednesday, Nov. 23 episode will be Fright Night, and then the semi-finals will take place the following night on Thanksgiving. On Fright Night, fans will finally meet Scarecrow and Sir Bugaboo after their costumes were revealed before the season began. Scarecrow has a smiling pumpkin head with a traditional scarecrow body. It wears a red hat with patches, a yellow shirt, a red plaid jacket, blue pants with a rope belt, and boots. It has one blue glove and one red glove. It appears to be stuffed with hay. In an Instagram post, The Masked Singer revealed Scarecrow's Masked-Ray clue is a crow. The caption of the post read, "Here we crow again..."
Scarecrow & Sir Bugaboo Will Compete Against Snowstorm On The Masked Singer
Joining Snowstorm and Scarecrow on The Masked Singer Fright Night will be Sir Bugaboo. It appears to be a monster with a cat-like face. Sir Bugaboo is covered in lime-green fur, with bright blue fur around the ears and the bridge of its nose. It has sharp teeth and long blue claws. The costume is interesting because it has four feet. Sir Bugaboo is dressed in a red top hat, a purple jacket, a blue tuxedo shirt, and a pink bow tie. It wears pink and blue checkered pants decorated with yellow flowers, and pink and white beat-up boots. According to The Masked Singer Instagram page, Sir Bugaboo's Mask-Ray Clue is a bow tie.
If the other Masked Singer theme nights are any indication, Fright Night is sure to scare up some great surprises. It is the final episode before the semi-finals, so it will most likely be very exciting. Snowstorm has a great voice and is a talented performer, but she might have some real competition in Scarecrow and Sir Bugaboo. Whoever wins this round will compete against Harp, who fans believe to be Glee star Amber Riley, and the Lambs, who fans have guessed are pop group Wilson Phillips.
The Masked Singer season 8 has been very entertaining. From the incredible reveals to the legendary guest stars on the theme nights, the show has delivered one of the best seasons yet. As season 8 heads toward the semi-finals, fans are eager to see which of the last three competitors, Snowstorm, Scarecrow, or Sir Bugaboo will advance and join Harp and the Lambs. Fans are certainly grateful for the two-night Masked Singer Thanksgiving special event.
