Here's every Marvel movie and TV show reveal from Comic-Con 2022. The return of Comic-Con to in-person exclusive fan conventions couldn't come soon enough, and Marvel Studios has a huge presence in San Diego once more. With Thor: Love and Thunder out of the way, Marvel's Phase 4 still has some huge releases to come, and then there's the small question of what the future of the MCU will look like.

Whether Marvel will announce the next Avengers movie at Comic-Con 2022 has been a huge question in the run-up to the event. Even with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania, and James Gunn's Guardians of The Galaxy Vol 3 likely to dominate proceedings - and perhaps something from The Marvels - there arguably doesn't need to be too much of a look ahead. But Kevin Feige loves a surprise, and 2019's late Blade announcement surely sets a precedent rather than standing as an exception. But quite what the twist ending will be is anyone's guess.

Inevitably, Marvel Studios is one of the biggest draws of Comic-Con 2022, and Screen Rant will be compiling together all of the biggest news and reveals from Kevin Feige's team in one place. Here's everything Marvel Studios and Animation revealed about upcoming Marvel TV shows and movies at Comic-Con 2022:

Marvel's Complete Phase 5 Timeline Revealed (& Phase 6's Start)

The Multiverse Saga Logo

In a huge twist ending to Marvel's Comic-Con panel, the studio revealed exactly what the future of the MCU will look like right through to 2025. On top of announced properties, Kevin Feige revealed a running order for upcoming TV shows and movies and announced the name of the second MCU era as the Multiverse Saga. That presumably takes in Phases 4, 5 and 6, and will, at least partly, be framed around the Kang storyline first established in Loki, season 1. Here's all of the release date announcements for Phases 4, 5 and 6:

Avengers 5 & 6 Announced As Kang Dynasty & Secret Wars

Phase 6 Avengers Films Titles Revealed At Comic-Con

The two biggest secret announcements of Marvel's Comic-Con 2022 panel came courtesy of Avengers 5 and 6 being revealed. As heavily rumored ahead of the panel, Avengers 5 will be Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers 6 will be Avengers: Secret Wars. There's no news on who will be directing, and though the Russo Brothers have talked up their desire to make a Secret Wars movie, Kevin Feige says they will not return. Nevertheless, Secret Wars would presumably be based on the comic event of the same name. The Kang Dynasty seems a likely culmination of Kang The Conqueror's storyline throughout Phase 5, which suggests he may appear in more than just Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania.

Captain America: New World Order

The Falcon looks at the viewer in Falcon and the Winter Soldier

After being announced in the wake of Falcon & The Winter Soldier's ending, Captain America 4 now has both a new title - Captain America: New World Order - and a release date. There's no story detail yet, but if New World Order follows the comics, it could suggest that Red Hulk is back in the MCU, somehow...

She-Hulk: Attorney At Law

Comic-Con 2022 saw the arrival of the She-Hulk: Attorney At Law final trailer, offering more of a look at Tatiana Maslany's new hero, her dynamic with Mark Ruffalo's Hulk, and her new enemies, including Ms Marvel's Damage Control. As a delightful little crowd-pleasing stinger, She-Hulk's Comic-Con trailer also saw the confirmed return of Charlie Cox's Daredevil, in costume, with a new look modelled more closely on his iconic yellow Marvel Comics costume:

Comic-Con 2022 saw the confirmation that Ant-Man will be bucking his usual MCU trend of closing out Phases by being positioned as the first Marvel movie of the newly-announced Phase 5. While there was no Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania trailer, the event did reveal a first look at Kang, courtesy of an Andy Park poster, which also included the first look at Cassie Lang in her new superhero suit.

Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 3

Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 3 Upcoming Title

Curiously, James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 reveal did not mention anything about the Holiday Special, which presumably lands early in Phase 5. But the Comic-Con 2022 panel did come with confirmation that Peacemaker's Chukwudi Iwuji will be playing supremely powerful villain The High Evolutionary, and that the plot will follow both Star-Lord's quest for Gamora, Adam Warlock, and a look back to Rocket Raccoon's origin. Gunn also called Vol 3 the end of this Guardians of the Galaxy era in the MCU, but also clarified that the end of the story didn't necessarily mean the sequel would have deaths.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Marvel's Comic-Con 2022 panel opened with a tribute to Chadwick Boseman before the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever trailer debuted. Within the footage, Tenoch Huerta's Namor was confirmed, along with Wakanda's war with Atlantis, with a final stinger teasing T'Challa's successor as Black Panther.

Secret Invasion

The next Marvel TV show to come to Disney+ after She-Hulk: Attorney At Law sees Samuel L Jackson's Nick Fury return for what is assumed to be a take on the classic Marvel comics run of the same name. Cobie Smulders appeared on stage in San Diego to confirm the return of Maria Hill. Intriguingly, the first footage shown at Comic-Con also revealed the return of an Avenger who first debuted in Phase One, who doesn't seem to have ties to the Kree/Skrull war story, James Rhodes:

Spider-Man: Freshman Year

While Tom Holland won't return for Spider-Man: Freshman Year, the animation drew a lot of attention in Hall H during Friday's Marvel Animation panel by confusing the MCU timeline. While it's set prior to Captain America: Civil War, as confirmed by Peter Parker's homemade suit, the story will introduce Norman Osborn as an alternative mentor to Tony Stark. His son Harry is also a classmate of Peter's.

Intriguingly, Charlie Cox will return to voice Daredevil, on the back of his official MCU live-action return, and Doctor Strange will also be included in the animation. Images revealed at Comic-Con 2022 also revealed the full list of Spider-Man supporting characters and Spidey villains included in Freshman Year, as well as the costumes Peter Parker will wear.

Ahead of any live-action reveal for the X-Men, Marvel Animation has a revival of the wildly popular X-Men: The Animated Series coming to Disney+ titled X-Men '97 for the sake of nostalgia. The cartoon series will debut on Disney's streaming platform in Fall 2023. The Marvel Animation panel also confirmed the line-up of classic X-Men characters, led by Magneto, as well as revealing the Hellfire Club (originally called The Inner Circle in X-Men: The Animated Series because of the censors).
