Karate officially took over The Valley in Cobra Kai season 5 and as the martial art craze spreads, the cast grows. There are now over 15 starring and recurring characters that play integral parts in the series' main storyline.

Cobra Kai continued to intertwine characters from the original Karate Kid movies into the latest season of the show. This helped deliver a more dynamic story and of course, overflowed the cast with enough characters for any viewer to find a favorite. While season 5 was just released, its binge format already has fans waiting impatiently for season 6, which may be delayed if renewed (ScreenRant). Thankfully, the actors' social media is around to help keep that anticipation at bay for fans who just can't seem to get enough of the karate-obsessed characters, both new and legacy.

Ralph Macchio

The original Karate Kid has appropriately been at the center of the Cobra Kai series with the show starting out focusing on the iconic rivalry between Ralph Macchio's Daniel LaRusso and William Zabka's Johnny Lawrence. Thankfully Cobra Kai merged storylines of new and younger characters with the more nostalgic ones, so people wouldn't easily tire of the now iconic pop culture character.

After holding the Karate Kid mantle for almost 40 years and the show's incredible success, Macchio's personal social media accounts are overrun with all things Cobra Kai and Karate Kid. His Instagram offers fans behind-the-scenes content from the show and information on his upcoming book titled "Waxing On." Macchio's Facebook is much of the same while his Twitter has a more casual tone in promoting his work.

William Zabka

Since appearing in the first season, William Zabka's character, Johnny Lawrence has grown from a villain into one of the show's most likable characters, even being considered one of the funniest characters in Cobra Kai.

Johnny is hilariously stuck in the 80s in the show and often struggles with technology. If Zabka's Instagram and Twitter are any indications of his personal tech skills, then he's greatly surpassed Johnny. Fans who follow him are gifted with more behind-the-scenes content and lots of photos with the cast at promo events.

Xolo Maridueña

Miguel Diaz, played by Xolo Maridueña, has been through a lot over the course of the Cobra Kai series but while he still had his fair share of challenges, he was given a bit of a break in the show's fifth season. Maybe this means there's something even worse in store for one of Cobra Kai's strongest fighters in the tentative sixth season, but only time will tell.

Fans of Xolo should follow his social media accounts under @xolo_mariduena on Instagram and Twitter for Cobra Kai updates and be on the lookout for more information on his upcoming DCEU debut in Blue Beetle. On top of his career updates, Xolo's social accounts feature a lot of life outtakes that showcase his easygoing and very relatable personality which is especially seen on his TikTok.

Mary Mouser

Miguel and Robby's adversarial relationship took the backseat to Tory and Sam's in the most recent Cobra Kai season. Mary Mouser pulled a lot of tricks out of the bag for the new season and while some may debate if she was truly a "good guy" the improvement in her fighting skills is undisputed.

When Mouser posts on her social media accounts it's usually to highlight the time spent with her friends and fellow cast members. She's on Instagram as @missmarymouser and on Twitter as @MaryMMouser, but her personality shines most on TikTok where she's posted about her tattoo and piercing adventures as well as the "brand new" emo era she's in.

Tanner Buchanan

Aside from his look, Robby Keene has gone through quite a few life changes over the duration of the show. As the actor behind the character, Tanner Buchanan has shown some of his emotional range on Cobra Kai and since the show's premiere, he's also starred in movies and shows like He's All That and Fuller House.

Tanner is another Cobra Kai cast member that doesn't reveal much on social media. Fans who still hold out hope for more content from him can follow his Instagram @tannerbuchananofficial.

Peyton List

Tory's been put in a villain role for most of the series but when looking closer, Tory is actually a hero in her own right. The role is much different from the ones Peyton List has had in the past, but she's played the dynamic character with just the right amount of angst, rage, and drive.

Peyton has already had a long and steady acting career, but things are just getting started for her. Fans can follow her Instagram for updates on her upcoming projects, pictures of her with friends and attending events, and information about the products she's developed for her sustainable and cruelty-free beauty line Pley Beauty. She's also on TikTok and Twitter as Peyton List.

Martin Kove

Martin Kove returned as a legacy character in Cobra Kai, portraying the cruel and merciless Cobra Kai sensei that was introduced in the first Karate Kid movie, John Kreese. Whether viewers see him as a villain or believe Kreese is actually a good guy, he's been a relentless force in every character's life.

The actor's accounts are flooded with Cobra Kai content for fans to tune into. His Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts can all be found under MartinKove. Fans will also find that the original Cobra Kai sensei is on Cameo as well.

Thomas Ian Griffith

Terry Silver is possibly one of the most ruthless villains in the Cobra Kai series. He not only has the intellect to cover up his schemes, but he's completely set in his ways and has the resources to back all his ventures. Thomas Ian Griffith was able to once again breathe life into the original Cobra Kai owner to show him at his best when he's doing his worst.

A lot of the writer and actor's social posts are centered around Cobra Kai promotion but his Twitter also shows him displaying appreciation for fan art and has an occasional throwback to his past work. On the other hand, his Instagram shows more of his personal life with his dogs and family

Jacob Bertrand

Hawk's character development has led him down various paths during the show's five-season run and Jacob Bertrand has chronicled a lot of it on his social media accounts. There is a Twitter account under his name, but he recently mentioned on his TikTok that he doesn't have a Twitter and isn't active on most social media platforms.

TikTok is the best place for fans looking to know more about who he is day to day, but he does occasionally post on his Instagram. He also used to stream on Twitch with fellow cast member Xolo under lonelobospodcast but they have not streamed in over seven months now.

Yuji Okumoto

One of the best Cobra Kai characters introduced after season 1 was Chozen Toguchi. He was first seen in The Karate Kid Part II but was reintroduced briefly in season three of Cobra Kai. He was then brought back as a recurring character in season five and was actually one of the better parts of the new season.

Yuji Okumoto has enjoyed being a part of the resurgence of the most iconic franchises in pop culture history. He's active on both Instagram and Twitter where he shows his appreciation to Cobra Kai fans and shares about his other projects. He is also the owner of a Hawaiian restaurant called Kona Kitchen and often appears on their Instagram as well.
