To add more good news, Cobra Kai is renewed for a fourth season, so the show is not going anywhere. Also, with the release of the trailer, fans are finally getting some answers from the jaw-dropping season 2 finale.

As new and old fans rejoice, the time for speculation will soon be over regarding season 3. The new trailer showed several hints about the aftermaths of season 2, such as a glimpse of how each character is dealing with the events of the West Valley High School karate fight. While some questions have finally been answered, there are still a few remaining questions that fans will have to wait until the season 3 premiere.

Hint: The Whereabouts of Robby Keene

In the season 2 finale, Robby Keene kicked Miguel Diaz from the school's balcony. After hitting the stair railings with his back, Miguel remained unconscious. Realizing what he had done, Robby ran away and did not appear again.

After numerous speculations, the trailer finally gave some answers regarding Robby's whereabouts. In a brief moment, Robby appeared in a juvenile detention center with possible charges for Miguel's injury. Furthermore, Robby is losing his long locks as he is now sporting a shorter look in the trailer.

Unanswered Question: Is Miyagi-Do Karate Permanently Closed?

Daniel LaRusso in Cobra Kai

Considering it was karate that caused so many characters to be hurt, Amanda LaRusso told Daniel to stop karate immediately. As much as this decision may hurt Daniel, he has to do what is best for not just his daughter but also for his students.

However, with Cobra Kai still active, viewers can only speculate if Daniel will close down Miyagi-Do Karate for good. If he does so, will it be worth abandoning his students who are without a sensei?

Hint: Sam's Arc Will Go On An Emotional Journey

Sam is somewhat to blame for causing the karate fight. Because Tory saw Sam kissing her boyfriend, Tory was filled with anger and began her vindictive karate fight to settle their feud. Though Sam eventually reigned over Tory, the karate fight did not come without consequence as Miguel is on life support.

The trailer provides a glimpse of Sam in two different scenes: crying at the hospital and looking at her scar from Tory's spike. While little is known about Sam's arc in season 3 from these scenes alone, Sam will likely experience emotional guilt that caused Robby to end up in a detention center and Miguel in a comatose state.

Unanswered Question: Will Ali Mills Finally Make Her Appearance in Season 3?

One of the final scenes from the season 2 finale showed that Ali Mills (now Schwarber) responded to Johnny via Facebook. However, the timing was unlucky as Johnny threw his phone out at the beach, so he has not even seen the message.

For so many years, fans have wanted Ali Mills to make an appearance on Cobra Kai. She has been mentioned several times by both Daniel and Johnny, so it would make sense for the reunion to happen. With the latest text from Ali, now the question is when will she finally make her appearance.

Hint: Johnny Lawrence vs. John Kreese

Now that Kreese took Cobra Kai out of Johnny's hands, the former student and teacher are enemies.  As a result, fans want Johnny to battle Kreese and attempt to get his dojo back. Perhaps, it is time for Johnny to prove that he is a better fighter than Kreese, given their history.

Though the trailer does not visually show Johnny and Kreese fighting, parts of the trailer do imply that a karate fight occurred between them. These hints include Johnny appearing injured and Kreese bleeding from his nose.

Unanswered Question: Will Johnny And Daniel Become Allies?

With Johnny losing his dojo, Johnny is filled with regret and guilt for even trusting Kreese. Even Daniel warned him that someone like Kreese had not changed. Despite everything that has happened, there is still a way to stop Kreese and his takeover of Cobra Kai.

The trailer shows a glimpse of Daniel and Johnny having a civil talk about Kreese taking over Cobra Kai. Now that they share the same enemy and the same goal to take down Cobra Kai, Johnny and Daniel may leave their differences aside and become allies. While this only remains speculation, we may be close to an alliance very soon.

Hint: Aisha Robinson Will Not Be In Season 3

Several characters will be returning for the third season, including Hawk and Tory. Though Aisha is one of the most loved characters in Cobra Kai, she seems to be noticeably absent in the trailer.

Unfortunately, Nichole Brown, who plays Aisha, confirmed that her character is not returning for the third season. The reason for this decision was that Aisha had little purpose in the third season, and therefore, scrapped from the show.

Unanswered Question: How Will The School Discipline All Those Involved, Especially Tory?

Tory Nichols in a hallway with many students behind her in Cobra Kai

Most people would think that students are disciplined for reckless behavior, such as having a full set of karate fights on the first day of school. Even Amanda and Daniel plan to have Tory charged for starting this mess and endangering their daughter.

However, the season 2 finale did not hint at any action against those involved in the fight. While the trailer shows that Robby is one of the karate fighters disciplined, little is known if the school takes action against other karate fighters, particularly Tory. Will other karate students be expelled? Will Tory receive additional disciplinary action for starting the fight and wanting to deface Sam?

Hint: Miguel Diaz Is Alive

After showing mercy to Robby, Miguel was kicked from the school's balcony and left unconscious. Miguel was last seen at the hospital in a comatose state. It seemed that Miguel's life was on the line, leaving a question as to if he will ever recover.

In the season 3 trailer, the revelation about Miguel's injury status will finally give viewers some room to breathe. Miguel has awakened up from his coma. With Miguel awake, he will slowly start his recovery and perhaps even return to karate.

Unanswered Question: Will Miguel Return to Karate Anytime Soon And That Too With Cobra Kai?

Considering that we know Miguel is alive, viewers will only guess about his status in terms of karate. Of course, Miguel would need to take the time to recover before even thinking about it. Now, questions are when and if that will happen in season 3.

Even if he speeds his recovery process, Miguel will learn about the new ownership of Cobra Kai. Considering Miguel was already wary of Kreese, will he be changing sides with his sensei, Johnny? If he does, how will this impact his relationship with Tory and Hawk?
