Clubhouse has confirmed the list of shows that have officially been greenlit as a part of its Creator First program, which was first announced back in March. Clubhouse started the program to fund, monetize and promote original content from creators on the platform. Earlier this month, Clubhouse announced the first 50 pilots that are due to become available through the audio-only app.

Clubhouse was launched as an audio-based, invite-only app, where users could participate in real-time voice chats. Existing members only had a certain amount of invites to share with others, based on how active they were on the app. Initially only available to download through the App Store on iOS devices, an Android version finally became available in May. Although Clubhouse is a relatively young app, it already has plenty of competition, including live audio rooms on LinkedIn and Instagram, Twitter Spaces, and Reddit Talk

In a recent blog posting, Clubhouse revealed the pilots funded by the Creator First program that are set to become a full series. The list includes 40 upcoming shows that will be featured exclusively on the Clubhouse app. The creators behind the new shows will continue to receive help from Clubhouse, including financial and promotional support. Some are talk-show based, while others rely on audience participation, and come from a variety of creators, including individual hosts and groups.

One of the upcoming Clubhouse shows is UFOLOGY by Roderick Martin, a UFO investigator. The focus of Martin's series will be on individuals that may have been impacted by extraterrestrial events. Then there’s The Psychic Pool Party from LeoRising Scott, Heather Carlucci and Garciela Asher. In this show, clairvoyant guests will discuss politics, ethics and pop culture. Another interesting offering is Inside K-Pop, hosted by Danny Chung. Inside K-Pop will feature a breakdown of the K-Pop industry, including how to succeed as a K-Pop artist and how K-Pop has impacted on popular culture.

Other new shows include A Thousand Words from Rick Smolan, who will talk with photojournalists about their work. There’s also The Young & The Thirsty, a semi-improvised comedic soap opera from creator Willonius Hatcher. Users of the app can also tune in to Clubhouse Squares, by Robert Keniston, Miz Diagnosis and Jack Lamont. Clubhouse Squares will feature a pair of contestants playing a virtual game of Tic-Tac-Toe, by either agreeing or disagreeing with answers provided by a celebrity panel. From creator Taryn Southern comes When Things Go South, a Clubhouse show where Southern discusses what tools and habits guests rely on when dealing with life’s challenges.
