Certain characters from zombie movies have endured in the minds of horror lovers, be it for their grittiness or their exceptional trajectory. But surviving a zombie movie with all four limbs intact has been a challenge for most non-zombified characters, be it in a spoof or even in intimidating horror outings like Train To Busan or Dead Snow.

But which classic zombie movie character do you resemble, based on your zodiac sign? Is Jim from 28 Days Later a Capricorn or a Taurus? And what about the super spunky Project Alice from the Resident Evil franchise? Here are famous zombie movie characters, and their zodiac signs.

Aries: Tallahassee, Zombieland

Tallahassee with Bill Murray in Zombieland

Aries are natural-born leaders and can also be quite decisive and confident, and all this screams Tallahassee, the zombie hunter who does most of the work in Zombieland. Tallahassee was one of the four survivors of a major zombie apocalypse in Northern America, and he along with his three companions head to an amusement park that is rumored to be a zombie-free zone.

Tallahassee was the muscle of the group, pulling the trigger on the big, bad zombies when other members of his squad reluctantly dabbled. There were times when he had to take on an assertive stance, especially when he was being challenged, but that’s a very Aries thing to do, since they know how to hold their own.

Taurus: Gerry, World War Z

Tauruses are extremely unyielding and protective, and also very resourceful. Gerry from World War Z is all of these things, and all of his best traits are projected during the film, especially because he had to seriously multi-task.

Not only did he have to keep his family safe, but also trace the origins of a zombie pandemic. In the film he is a former UN field agent, so he already has quite a few peers and resources who he could rely on, and like a true Taurus, he was quite astute about he could make most of his privileges.

Gemini: Martin, Dead Snow

Martin in Dead Snow

Geminis are not particularly great at making big decisions, which is why they often act on their first impulse. Yet they are particularly good at reading people and situations, which is probably why they trust their gut so much.

Martin from Dead Snow was the sole survivor of a zombie attack in the snowy mountains, thanks to his impeccable survival skills and good instincts. That would explain how Martin stays ahead of his dangers, he even cuts off his own arm with a chainsaw after being bitten by one of the zombies so as not to transform.

Cancer: Alice, Resident Evil

Alice in Resident Evil

Cancers are self-protective and prioritize security and a sense of stability, however they are not traditionalists. They are quite simply self-serving in a very proactive sense and can be a worthy adversary. In Resident Evil, Alice, the former security officer who is genetically-enhanced to combat dangerous bio-warfare enemies, makes for an intimidating one-woman army.

Alice is amazingly equipped to deal with unpredictable situations and is intensely adaptable, especially when faced with a challenge. Like any Cancer, she hates being defenseless and is always seeking some form of protection.

Leo: Seok-woo, Train To Busan

A man shields his daughter from Train to Busan

Leos are dynamic and are great at leadership roles because they have a lot of resilience and can balance several issues at once.

In the famous zombie film Train to Busan, Seok-woo is a desperate father trying to keep his daughter safe and also trying to guess where the next attack could come from. Leos are known for their consistency, which makes them the go-to person in any group, which is why Seok-woo has some very clear priorities in the film and he never once takes his eyes off of what he is supposed to be doing.

Virgo: Ana, Dawn of the Dead

Ana in Dawn of the Dead

Virgos are born under the Earth sign, so they are a bit pro-establishment and appreciate order, and for obvious reasons do not cope well with a sudden zombie pandemic that is spreading at an inhuman rate. In Dawn of the Dead Ana gets the biggest shock of her life when her husband is turned into a zombie without any warning, and tries to attack her.

But Ana processes the developments impressively fast and manages to escape, though she seeks some form of security throughout the movie because like any Virgo, she’s an over-thinker and wanted all her bases covered.

Libra: Rose, Rabid

Rose in Rabid-1977

Though most of Rose’s human senses were probably affected by her unusual infection and turned her into a murderous monster, some traits of her personality was obviously still there. Libras are really individualistic and passionate, and they are very hard to influence.

That’s one of the reasons why no one could reason with Rose, even when she seemed to grasp what was going on, she was simply insistent on relying on her own instincts. Libras are also extremely brave and can take risks which other people usually don’t. Rose locked herself up with an infected man just to test out a theory despite knowing that it could kill her.

Scorpio: Shaun, Shaun of the Dead

Shaun

Scorpios are supportive, nurturing and imaginative, which would explain why Shaun, in spite being a slacker, cared so much about keeping his loved ones safe when faced with a zombie apocalypse. Scorpios usually think outside the box and are true innovators.

In the movie Shaun seems to have some brilliant ideas, the most functional of which was when he suggested they at like zombies so they don’t perceive them as humans. Scorpios usually tend to stick to a small social circle and usually have trust issues, which would explain why Shaun only had one good friend and why he clung to him even after he was zombified.

Sagittarius: R, Warm Bodies

Nicholas Hoult as a zombie in Warm Bodies.

Sagittarians are often mistaken for selfish people but in reality they are just far-sighted, passionate, and care a bit too deeply. They also form really quick attachments, which is why R in Warm Bodies developed intense feelings for Julie after knowing her very briefly. Sagittarians can often rely on their emotions too much and can be somewhat self-absorbed, which can mislead people.

But in Warm Bodies R genuinely wanted to keep Julie safe by isolating her, although he wasn’t thinking very clearly about Julie’s priorities. But Sagittarians have an incredible potential for growth because they are not intimidated when challenged, and R’s trajectory in the film reflects that.

Capricorn: Jim, 28 Days Later

British foreign film, 28 Days Later

Capricorns are usually really secure about their choices and are quick to acknowledge their own flaws. However, they value control and do not cope well with big changes, and Jim in this cult zombie film was a true Capricorn. Although Capricorn folks are very resolute about their goals, they don’t work well as lone wolves.

Jim was confronted with an earth-shattering reality when he woke up in a hospital bed and found out his city had been wiped out by zombies. And yet he made some calculated moves and progressed quite methodically, but his main goal was scouting for at least one other human life, because the thought of being the sole survivor of an apocalypse was unnerving for him.

Aquarius: Miss Caroline, Little Monsters

Caroline in Little Monsters

Aquarians are quite original, persevering and patient, which makes them fantastic leaders. In Little Monsters, Audrey Caroline is an audacious and intelligent kindergarten teacher who has to keep a group of kids safe as their camp is attacked by a horde of zombies.

Aquarians are very imaginative, but at the same time they are also very grounded. That explains how Caroline could constantly tell the kids make-believe stories about zombies to help them cope with the crisis, while simultaneously devising efficient ideas to keep the zombies at bay.

Pisces: Elizabeth, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies

Elizabeth in Pride and Prejudice and Zombies

The real Elizabeth Bennet may have been a Taurus, but the even gutsier and more rebellious version of the heroine as seen in this kooky period piece is a Pisces for sure. Pisceans have a keen emotional depth and are sensitive, but can be very unyielding when it comes to keeping their loved ones safe.

There is also a selfless quality about them, and the zombie-fighting Elizabeth in this film is not just trying to save her family from the brink of collapse, but also has to adapt to a new way of living, which she does.
