One year after filing for divorce, Justin Hartley and Chrishell Stause have had it finalized. The Dancing With The Stars alum had the final details of her marriage scrapped as she enjoys her newfound romance with pro dancer Keo Motsepe.
Chrishell got a lot out of her DWTS experience. Not only did she get to show off her impressive dance skills, but she also walked away from the show with a new boyfriend. It was early last month when the Selling Sunset star announced her and Keo's relationship. Many fans were overjoyed for the actress after she shared her emotional heartbreak on the hit Netflix show. She and Justin had been together since 2013 and married since 2017 when the This Is Us star decided he wanted to call it quits. Chrishell was filled with tears and went back to her hometown of Kentucky to be with her family during the rough time. She was blindsided by Justin's divorce filing, and even more hurt when he began dating his former Young & The Restless costar Sofia Pernas shortly after their split. Her romance with Keo is the first for the Netflix star since dealing with the blunt of her divorce.
On Thursday, it was revealed that the former couple has finalized their divorce, a little over a year since Justin first filed. “Both parties entered into a confidential settlement as to terms of the divorce, including spousal support,” a source told Us Weekly. “Chrishell has moved on with her life” and “is looking forward to new beginnings," added another source. She recently introduced Keo to her family during the Christmas holiday. The couple appeared all smiles in the family photos she shared online. While the former couple's agreement remains confidential, it is said that they did not share a prenup. Chrishell was the second marriage for Justin, who was previously married to Lindsay Korman-Hartley, with whom he shares his 16-year-old daughter Isabella.
While on Selling Sunset, Chrishell shared how she learned of Justin's divorce filing via text message. She was so crushed by his decision as she shared her attempts to try and work out their differences. Justin cited their date of separation as July 2019. Chrishell claims the date is November 22, 2019, when she learned of his divorce filing. Sources say he was very frustrated with his ex-wife for sharing their marital woes on reality television. By the spring of 2020, he was spotted kissing Sofia in public. But it took Chrishelle a little longer to move on. She would share during interviews how she was taking her time to heal before jumping into another relationship.
After denying an onslaught of romance rumors with her DWTS pro partner Gleb Savchenko, she and Keo were spotted on a double date trip to Mexico with Gleb and his girlfriend Cassie Scerbo. At least her and Justin kept their divorce proceedings private. Fans are hoping to get a little info on it in season four.
