Thor actor Chris Hemsworth would love to be in a Star Wars film at some point in his career. For some actors out there, it doesn't matter just how many multi-million dollar franchises they star in, because no dream is too big nor is a single uber successful film franchise enough. For Hemsworth, we all know and love him as Thor from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but let's all remember that Hemsworth also starred in the Star Trek films, and just this past spring starred alongside Tessa Thompson in Men In Black: International, which might get a sequel.

With Thor: Love & Thunder slated for a late 2021 release, as well as talks of Hemsworth playing famed wrestler Hulk Hogan in an upcoming biopic directed by Todd Phillips - who's in the midst of uber success with Joker - one can't help but wonder just where exactly he might fit it into his schedule to work with the Star Wars team. Then again, if Star Wars calls, an actor might be inclined to make time.

According to Comic Book, during his panel at ACE Comic Con West last weekend, Hemsworth was asked if he would ever like to be a part of the Star Wars franchise in some way, shape or form and he stated that he would "love" to. He spoke on having "grown up" with the series as a kid and being a huge fan, so it might be something more along the lines of a "fan experience," which he thinks is what makes it such a "fun" little dream for him.

With almost every huge studio expanding into the streaming universe and developing and putting out television shows alongside their box office hits to tell different stories, it was also asked if Hemsworth would be interested in joining the Star Wars universe on a television show, like their upcoming Disney+ show The Mandalorian. Of course, he said he was game for whichever way it could play out, due to his enthusiasm for that world as a whole.

Of course, Hemsworth is such a busy actor with every opportunity ahead of him - and quite the film resume behind him too, and he's likely just speaking some of his dream roles out into the universe and seeing what could happen. After all, half the battle of making it in Hollywood comes from knowing the right people, and hopefully knowing when they're listening too. Chris Hemsworth seems pretty smart as far as his film career is concerned, so if he plays his cards right, he might eventually end up making his Star Wars dream a reality.
